Went above & beyond!

Host was very courteous & kind. This house was very clean and neat. Had everything you could need. Can’t wait to stay again!

We stay here multiple times a year and are never disappointed. Could not recommend more for a nice quiet place to stay.

"Best New Years Trip Ever"

We had a wonderful stay at this quaint little spot! Everything was extremely clean, convenient, quiet, and in a fantastic location. We were able to quickly get to the beach and fishing spots without a problem. The host even left coffee, waters, to-go cups, snacks, and tons of towels! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place!!! Great location!!!

Nice quiet street. A little off the main drag but you can still get anywhere in no time. Left house 10min before we met our guide.

This is a great property! I love that it wasn’t in the middle of all the traffic but a 5 min drive from the beach. The house has everything you need!

Exceptional Beachhouse

Perfect place for family or friends. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable, amentiies were outstanding. bath and Shower on first floor was added benefit. It was an exceptional location.

Boat Parade

I had been to the lighted boat parade but my family had not. I wanted them to enjoy the parade as much as I did in past years. The house was great. It had everything we needed. I will totally recommend this house to friends and family.

Absolutely Great Place!

We had a tremendous stay at this property. For a smaller group of 4, it had everything we needed for our fishing trip! Great host, great location. We took advantage of all the amenities provided at the house. Very clean and fully furnished. We had plenty of room for 3 trucks and our boat. Caught loads of fish in the bay too!

Great house

This is the second time me and my family have rented this house for a trip to POC both times we showed up everything was as it was listed and expected to be. The neighbors have always been nice. The location is close by to all the local spots for drinks or the beach the patio could use a few more lights but other than that highly recommend this stay for anyone.

Fresh air

So first off we got to check in early which is huuuge… walking in we were in aww.. the beds were comfy as could be and the house host had snacks for us, coffee, every pot and pan you needed. It was a home away from home… All you need when you stay here is you’re gear for the ocean, clothes, food and toothpaste lol We will be back

Port Occonor stay

We enjoyed our stay your home was as advertised .. quiet neighborhood , super clean we wish we could’ve stayed longer.. I personally enjoyed the bottom hangout spot. Heck we even cooked out made s’mores and stayed up late. Property manager was quick to reply on any question I had .. there was plenty of towels , coffee ! You literally don’t need to bring anything but your clothes and food … We cannot wait to be back … thank you for letting us use your home.
