The big draw to this property is how overly pet friendly it is! Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. Onsite services include FURology Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and sundeck for guests to enjoy.

All Oceana Resort properties are equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Needs repaired

Room was rough around the edges, floor was sandy when we got there and lock was broke on baloney door. Ice machine doors was broke off and open to the elements. Would not stay here again.

Unit pictures are deceiving

The unit was very outdated, underneath the vanity the wood had water damage or cleaned. The sliding glass door leading to the balcony was very difficult to open and close. The kitchen cabinets halfway hanging off, I kept my flips flops on anytime I was walking through because of the stickiness on the floors.

Disappointing

I loved that it was beach front and the staff was very nice and helpful. Also, being a dog friendly hotel I thought it would be loud but it was not. Pools were nice. The bad: Roaches Dirty/grimy In serious need of repair-lots of loose electrical outlets, door frames, sliding glass door would hardly open and the handle was falling off Air conditioner flooded a part of the room where I had my suitcase and therefore soaked my clothes There was some sort of leak in the bathroom and left a large puddle in the bathroom I will NOT be returning to this property.

Great affordable clean ocean front property

I feel good about coming back year after year and bringing my furry companion. I love that you keep it clean and smelling fresh. I wasn’t happy about the patio door jamming twice and locking us out on the patio. We just happened to have our cell phone to call front desk. I hope you got it fixed before the next customer.

Wonderful location, friendly staff. It is an older resort so not quite as modern, but it was clean, had wonderful ocean view. Stayed here several times and never disappointed.

Luv the beach!

Loved the cleanness of the room. The frig can use a heavy duty cleaning on the outside. No sponges!! Cloths for washing dishes is better. Disposable floor rugs would be nice. Baloney furniture REALLY needs to be updated and the flooring for the balcony. Also, give us military a discount.

Had bugs show up in the room when we first arrived. They were roaches some were over a inch long. I do have pictures of them. Also dogs messing everywhere on where you have to walk onto beach. Smoking on the balcony above our room and dog hair falling everywhere above our room. So noisy with dogs waking you up barking close to our room and above us. Never again will I stay somewhere that allows smoking and dogs it's horrible. Sign said small dogs but there was as many Large and I mean Large dogs than small dogs. Supposed to have been a vacation 😥

Smoking in a non smoking facility.

The main reasons we chose this condo were on the beach, pet friendly and smoke free. Well it is on the beach and very pet friendly but definitely not smoke free. Sitting on our balcony we could smell cigarette smoke from above. There is a dog walking area in the basement garage and on at least four occasions I saw employees smoking.

Much needed time away

We had a great week at Ocean Park as we always do each year we come. The staff is so nice and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. We’ll continue to stay here each time we visit and cannot wait to come back.

Great Ocean view and access!

First of all I very much appreciated front desk staff especially Matt, Crystal, Alexis and Jennifer in Maintenance!!! Matt went above and beyond to assist me with getting a question answered! Crystal was helpful with providing any needs to the best of her ability under the circumstances(fully booked resort) Jennifer took care of a maintenance need quickly, efficiently and with a smile! Thank you to the staff for helping our stay be a better one!

Gritty balcony’

The balcony was sprayed with a gritty substance that got on our feet and shoes. No rug by the door, so it ended up,all over the laminate floor. We finally threw a towel down by the door to wipe out feet on. Ended up wearing flip flops constantly because the floor kept getting dirty even though we swept it with the broom that was in the closet. The whole property was run down and dirty looking. Also Friday night was bike week night and roads were closed off, so you could not go out for dinner and get back to the hotel without driving in a loop. Ordered pizza to the room, because we felt it was too difficult to go out and then get back.
