Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Feedback should be balanced

I have read all reviews on this unit before i left for my stay . I believe the unit is fairly priced . It is very clean , beds and furniture were comfortable and in good shape. Yes appliances and decor is dated and some minor trim could use repairing . Week was quiet staff answered all questions as needed. Overall good value for money !

REMAINS A FAVORITE

We have been coming here for years. Intentionally DOWNGRADED. Absolutely minimal without accents, sketchy RUSTY refrigerator. Intentionally “decorated” to be without personality. Not welcoming Beautiful grounds, unique parking which is the main reason we return. It is what it is

Beach stay

One pool was under construction. All pools did not appear clean enough to venture into. Loved the outdoor lawn with chairs. Wall very thin and can hear neighbors but that was ok. Price was high for the age of building. If looking just for a place to sleep this would fit the bill.

Would stay here again

Great location, nice amenities. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Condo could use some updating but was very clean. Only problem was I contacted property manager before our trip and they told me there were beach chairs in the condo for us to use. We did not bring chairs and there were no chairs at the condo to use.

Loved being able to wake up and walk over to the beach. Overall everything in the hotel was nice and clean. Loved the full kitchen and washer and dryer included in the hotel which made it feel more like a home then hotel. Great views and I think it was a great package deal, even had a small gym. Having said all that there were a few complains, or problems we had. First there seemed to be some electrical problems because some outlets wouldn’t work. No big deal, just find another but the big complaint I would say I had is one of the toilets was lose and moved a bit when we arrived. Again no big deal but there were a bit of bad smells every now and then when you were in the bathroom. There were small stuff like that which you kind of expect being a 3 star hotel. Still over all happy with the experience and think this is one of the best deals for being next to the ocean hotel with a few outdoor pools and pretty much a small apartment.

Needs updated!

I loved the oceanfront view! The bed was very comfortable. The couch and chairs were old and stained and very uncomfortable. The sink backed up with garbage!

Eh, it was just OK

Fairly basic unit. Interior was a little out dated and the unit was in need of some small repairs (e.g., closet door just leaning against the wall) and some TLC such as fixing areas with chipped paint, etc. No wifi in the room was a huge negative with 3 kids. Some surrounding units had wifi, but the signal was weak and devices frequently disconnected from the network.

Myrtle Beach

First trip to Myrtle Beach in a long time. Rental had great location, oceanfront with close proximity to bars and restaurants. Needed some updating, in the room and the property, but overall a good stay.

Scenic Beach View

First of all the beach view was absolutely amazing, and being able to sit on the balcony was like icing on the cake. My family had the best time because the condo was clean and had plenty of activities to keep the kids occupied.
