New Rental - Bel Sole 402 - Best of the Gulf and Lagoon-Signature Properties
Bel Sole is the best of the Gulf and Lagoon. Unit 402 is direct lagoon front with the best view of the sunset at the beach. Enjoy playing in the lagoon with the little ones when the waves may be too much on the Gulf Side or cross over the 2 lane street to the private beach access to hear the crashing waves of the Gulf. Enjoy fishing? Bring your fishing poles and head down to lagoon pass just down the street. Bel Sole has indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, a small lagoon beach and grills for your catch of the day. The master bedroom suite furnished with a king sized bed comes with an adjoining bathroom containing a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower. The second (queen size bed) and third (two twin size bunk beds) bedrooms come with a full, private bathroom. One of the two bathrooms contains a walk-in shower.
Additional amenities include a wet bar, free Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer and has both types of coffee makers.
This unit has everything that you could want for your dream vacation. There is a private fishing pier and an assigned boat slip (number 7) for you to enjoy all the lagoon can offer.
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.
One Parking Pass is included in your reservation. If you would like a second one, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. An additional pass will be $35 plus tax. This price is subject to change.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
