Moose Manor-Beautiful, Relaxing, Private, Clean!Family & Pet Friendly-Low Rates

Moose Manor has been recently remodeled. The cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The home sits on 2/3 of an acre, among colorful Aspen, Blue Spruce, with 2 natural springs flowing in the yard. Across from a Private Wetland where moose, elk, deer, and bear can be found eating and roaming. Moose Manor is a quiet place where moose and deer are often seen in the grass yard along with hummingbirds flying to the feeders.

The cabin is located in a quiet mountain area with land to play games, a beautiful fire pit to roast marshmallows over. Enjoy a peaceful walk around the area, sip coffee on the deck while watching the sun rise, or just sitting at the fire pit watching a colorful sunset fall behind the mountains, while listening to the Colorado River in the background.

Moose Manor is close to Downtown Grand Lake, Granby, and Winter Park is only half an hour away. Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain Reservoir, and Grand Lake are all within five minutes of our cabin. Rocky Mountain National Park entrance is only five minutes away as well. Trail Ridge Road passes through the park leading to Estes Park. This is the highest paved continuous road in the Continental US. Amazing wildlife, including elk and moose, can be seen along this breathtaking journey. There is 150 miles of groomed snowmobile trails within minutes of the cabin that meander through some of the best back country powder in the country. In the summer, these trails are used for ATVs with many places to rent all equipment including snowmobiles in the winter.

The master bathroom was remodeled and a new full-size stainless fridge is now in the kitchen.
All new windows and a sliding glass door were installed. The cabin did receive new floors, fresh paint, new kitchen appliances, new furniture, new beds and mattresses, new: bedding, linens, kitchen items, family games, 40" Smart TV and 40"TV in master, and Internet/Wi-fi.

We welcome families with children and pets (please be honest and register your pets). Moose Manor has special touches to keep them all busy. This is a no smoking home.

It is a great property in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. We just relaxed for the two days. Got a visit both evenings from a Bear and the second evening a young Moose. So cool! Everything was clean and in working order. The host was super nice. We will definitely be going back!

The cabin is wonderful! Communication with the Owners was excellent - they are very sweet! The cabin was as pictured and very clean. We didn't see moose but there were deer in the yard in the early morning. Unfortunately, the wi-fi was out the entire weekend but per the owners, it has now been fixed. The cute town was just a short drive away. The town has lots of restaurants, shops and a beautiful view of the lake and mountains! We would love to return in the future!

Loved this cabin. Conveniently located between Grand Lake and Granby. Neighborhood was quiet. Very little traffic. Immensely enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and woodpeckers at the feeder off the back deck. And our daily visits by the moose were incredible. Extremely well appointed property. Had everything we needed for a 9 day stay with our dog. Pristinely clean and organized. Had all the necessities for cooking and grilling, including a fully stocked spice rack. Highly recommend this rental. The hosts were very attentive, sending replies within a minute to my messages. We rate Moose Manor as Excellent !

Our stay at Moose Manor was great! The owners are very kind and quick to answer any questions you might have. We arrived with snow on the ground and everything we needed was there and provided for us. The cabin was so clean and stocked perfectly for my family. We also were able to see Moose, not one, but at least two if not more and were able to get great pictures. I will add to the Moose Manor Facebook page! This is a wonderful vacation place!

Moose Manor is a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Mr. Moose visited one evening and the hummingbirds were so much fun to watch! The house is clean and well stocked. Don and Jennifer are great hosts, very communicative and friendly. I'd hope to stay again!

We had a sisters get away and enjoyed our stay. The weather was pretty cold and snowy but the cabin was well furnished, clean and cozy

Great place!

We had a lovely stay here! Great communication from hosts, very well stocked, and great location for visiting RMNP. Can’t say enough good things about staying here. We were just sad we only had one night.

Beautiful location with lots of family things to do

Clean and located close to town and RMNP. Many wildlife viewings on and off the property. Great outdoor gathering around the fire pit. Would definitely come back again.

Great outdoor space!

We had a great stay at Moose Manor! The home is comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor fire pit is particularly wonderful! I would love to return again.

Moose Manor is Marvelous!

A wonderful vacation rental in Grand Lake! Owners were super responsive before and during our stay. The home is comfortable, clean and provides everything you need. And we saw a moose! Highly recommended!!

We have always wanted a mountain home for the last 15 years. We finally agreed that it was the right time and fell in love with the property the moment we saw it. We closed at the end of June ‘17 and just fixed it up. Neither of us want to go back home, it is so peaceful here and we have never seen so many animals before in our life.

This house is the perfect size for our family. We fell in love with the area and the feeling of being secluded yet close to everything. We are blessed to see moose almost on a daily basis. The walk around the area is peaceful with many breathtaking views.

The cabin has two natural springs in the yard and we have amazing drinking water from the artesian well. Wildlife can be seen all around the property. We have cool summer days and bluebird powder days in the winter.
