Peaceful and convenient

We stayed here for my son’s college graduation. The location is wonderful. You can head into the city to do the fun things and then retreat out to Mud Island to relax. The home had all of the space we needed and the living area was perfect for all of the guests. I would highly recommend and would stay again if we ever go back.

Great location

An excellent 4 bedroom home on Mud Island in downtown Memphis with great access to green spaces, St. Jude, Le Bonheur and all that downtown Memphis offers.

Volleyball weekend

The most important thing is that this rental was spotless. One of the cleanest VRBO places we have ever stayed. Mud Island is definitely the best place to stay if you’re in Memphis. Easy to get everywhere but much safer than lots of parts of the city. There are several places to get quick good food on the island as well. House was perfect. Very comfortable beds great communication.

Good space for large group

We were visiting family and the location was prefect. We didn't cook there but it was more than adequate-- good location for us and wonderful neighborhood.

Great Stay!

Chris made sure we had everything we needed for our stay! Upon arrival, check-in was a breeze. The house was spacious and had everything that we needed for a weekend of relaxation.

This was the perfect peaceful place to rest after our days exploring Memphis.

Beautiful kitchen and family room plus picturesque cozy outdoor spaces to relax and unwind. The beds were all super comfortable too. We made dinners 2 of our 3 nights here and found all we needed to create those meals.

Awesome house

We enjoyed our stay very much. Kitchen bar and table were well layed out and I’m open to living room. Beds were nice and we enjoyed our stay. Location was handy.

Beautiful home across from the Mississippi

The home was beautiful and in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and very well kept. Centrally located to many of the attractions within the city. We felt at home.

Location location location

The house is in the beautiful Mud Island neighborhood close to downtown Memphis. My family enjoyed their stay and had everything they needed. We appreciate the quick communication with the host.

Excellent Mud Island Spot

House was exactly as listed, it was great! Comfortably slept 4 couples. Only small thing, a few more towels are needed or heads up to bring some extras. Would definitely recommend or rebook!!

Graduation weekend

Wonderful three nights stay convenient for all . Enough space. Nice big couch. All the amenities you need. A wonderful upscale food market nearby. Scenic walking path along the Mississippi River with good views/parking down the road.

Fells Like Home.. Away From Home

In a great location with easy access to everything downtown Memphis, walking distance to the Mississippi River as well. Great space for a family or even a couples trip plenty of room to relax and hang out together! Only thorn about the house is no patio furniture we would have loved to been able to sit outside!

Great house in a great location

Nice amenities, good space for lounging, eating. Huge TV with wide entertainment access. Very clean and well kept. Location is superb in a nicely kept area, easy ride to downtown. Contactless checkin and checkout. Highly recommend for adults looking for comfort and space.

Memphis has a lot to offer a family

The location was ideal for the family....quiet, safe, convenient harbor town on Mud Island. Our kids ages 4-14 were happy with the relaxed and spacious home.... There's a convenient and friendly local grocery store, beautiful Mississippi river walk, and area playgrounds abound....This location makes it easy to get to any of the Memphis sights! Oh, and the sunsets are gorgeous.
