Experience an amazing island home in close proximity to Mississippi River & minute's drive to Memphis downtown / medical district. The primary suite is downstairs, with a whirlpool tub. Level 2 has 2 private bedrooms with a shared bath.
Tv in living room (50), master room (42) & one upstairs (42)

We are new hosts but have travelled around the world & aim to use that experience to create a comfortable & memorable stay for you.

What a Great Place to stay! Just a few blocks away from the Mississippi River and not far from Downtown Memphis. The house was perfect for my overnight stay.

Host is very responsive. There are no exterior photos, but once we received the address and used maps to get us to the location, it was easy to find and clearly marked. The interior photos are older and some furnishings have changed. There are cosmetic issues inside, but it didn't negatively affect our stay. Beware that if you are staying in summer, that the garage is not cooled. It is extremely hot in there, but it is nice to have off-street parking.The area the house is in is very quiet and is close to downtown Memphis. This was a last-minute booking, as the place we had originally booked canceled on us less than a week before our scheduled arrival. It was greatly appreciated that we could find a place on such short notice that met our needs.

The property was a great location. The house was equipped with the essentials. It looked like the housekeepers changed sheets, restocked towels and left. It was very dirty. The couch was broken there was a Christmas tree in the corner. Our stay was in May. My grandkids were playing in the living room and kitchen and we noticed their feet were black. Like they had been playing outside. I would not rent this home again.

Great location for medical district

This property was in a quiet neighborhood. We were here on a medical visit and the accommodations were comfortable and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and relax after a long day at the hospital. Highly recommend this property.
