Renovated two bedroom apartment just a few steps away from the beaches on the Boulevard de la Croisette sea front.

Ideal for a short holiday or for attending one of the many conferences at the Palais des Festival which is under a 15 minute walk away. The Boulevard de la Croisette sea front is barely a 3 minute walk away.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a well maintained building, the rooms are spacious and very light.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other has twin beds. There is a separate shower room and WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped and also separate.
The living area is very light, has a cozy sitting area and a dining area with a big table and chairs.

The terrace is south facing.

The apartment is equipped with wifi and is air conditionned.

Arrival times:
- Early check-in or late check-out is possible at an additional cost and subject to availability and always with prior request.
Baby cot :
- at your disposal upon prior request, €30/stay.
Household :
- Cleaning fees cannot be negotiated and are mandatory for all stays.
