We have stayed in many of your condos. This is one of our favorites because it's oceanfront. There are a few things we would like to see differently. It does have a little bit of a smell in the bathroom and the guest bedroom bed we hit our shin on every time we walked around it because the base of the bed sticks out. Also, I think they could upgrade their pots and pans we do cook in there. I do feel like the money you spend for a week there you should have better cookware. We mainly used the frying pans for breakfast. Also, we wanted to rinse our truck off with the hose and get the salt sand off of it and the hose did not work out front. Other than these few things we come back every year most likely will come again next year

C105 is the best unit ever!!!! We were missing some things this year - bath mats, dish towels, dish rags, keys. Also, I had to sweep the porch - very dirty with sand, hair stuck to the table, etc. Still - we dearly love C105!!!

Very Nice Unit

Everything was very nice and very comfortable ! Couldn't ask for more for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect right on the ocean side and close to the pool. Walk to Flagler Street shops and restaurants! We had a great time.

Beautiful condo in New Smyrna Beach, Florida

The Win San condo in New Smyrna Beach, Florida is beautiful and located right on the beach. It has easy access to Flagler Avenue and all of the fabulous little shops along there. The condo is impressive in its roominess and lovely furnishings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and hope to return again. The Williams

Another wonderful visit!

Love this unit! It has a great view and easy access to the beach. Near the pool but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The unit has a fabulous kitchen with all the amenities that we needed. We used the grill for dinner and had cocktails on the porch. Could not have been better! Can't wait for next time!

We love the updates

We love staying here. They have provided some great updates including the reclining chairs! They are great. The welcome book has been updated which was nice, even though we have been coming to Win-San for years we appreciate the welcome guide. It was a great stay and we will be back.

Unit inside is great - the porch had four big braces and limited our use of the porch and obstructed our view. The grounds were great and well kept.

We loved the proximity to the beach and Flagler Ave. Unit was clean. nice beach decor. The only negative we had was the king size bed. it was worn out and uncomfortable. we could not sleep well on that mattress.

We love this ocean front condo. We've been coming to Win-San for years. We have stayed in several different ones but this is our favorite. We were a little upset about the pool being drained and redone the week we were there but Jenn did her best to make us happy. She even offered us a stay somewhere else but we just kept the Win-San condo. She is awsome. I heard from her a few times during our stay, making sure we were happy. We have already booked for this condo again next year!

We've stayed in this unit several years. Before we started staying, we referred to it as my aunt & uncles room. We love it. The part in the front is nice to view the ocean when we are in our room.

Gorgeous Unit and Wonderful Month

This unit is absolutely beautiful and had everything you could possibly need or want. Watching sunrise each morning whether inside the unit (yes inside!) or on front patio was spectacular. We met some lovely people at the complex during our stay including the owners whose pride of ownership shows in every detail in this condo. Sentry Management was wonderful to deal with. C105 is a special place to us and we love it. Having said that, it wasn't as clean as it probably should have been - the floors in particular. My crawling grandson's knees were black! Also, I understand that the rates are going up. Seems like if you're going up, we need better everything - cleaner, supplies (our hand towels were like sandpaper!), etc. I had to call the after hours number for an AC issue. I would suggest getting a different service. The person that answered had no idea where I was. When I told her Win-San, she didn't know the address. I had to find it. She finally directed me to the wrong person and was quite rude!

Amazing sunrises and condo!

Waking up to the most amazing sunrises each day started each day with peace and tranquility! The recent renovations, attention to each detail weekly rentals desire were met! The location to the beach and restaurants within short walking distance - so convenient and easy for out of town family. We will be sure to return!

Wonderful Visit

Great condo, great location. Terrific view! Condo is well equipped and beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. We loved the ease of walking to dining and shopping. For those nights we didn't dine out, we enjoyed cocktails and dinner on the patio overlooking the ocean. Can't wait to come back!

There were some repairs that were needed. Some we could take care of (changing filter, realigning blinds, cleaning), some taken care of or reported to management. We would like to see extra safety bars in shower at a better level and doors on shower as curtain is too dark for adequate light in shower. Please add on-site manager. We still love and feel at home at Win-San, however. This was our 18th year in this unit!
