The unit is a private two-bedroom that has been completely remodeled. Has its own private entrance. Everything is new and up-to-date. It is on the second floor and very comfortable. It has a furnished kitchen and a desk for office work. It is non-smoking but has an outside covered patio area that is very comfortable for outdoor smoking.
Very safe quiet neighborhood with a park two blocks away. 10 minutes to the football and baseball stadiums. And for the concert goers to red rocks, 15 minutes.
** No smoking inside and no pets.

Neighborhood is very quiet

The property is pleasant, and the location is extremely convenient. I appreciated the efficiency of the check in and check out prosses. As this was my first experience renting a VrBo house, I will ensure to review the amenities included more thoroughly next time, as I was anticipating an iron, hair dryer and body soap. however, aside from that, we had a wonderful stay.

Great spot near to Tennyson-area

Chose this property because it was close to the Oriental Theater that was hosting a show we went to on New Year's Eve. It's a nice little place, perfect for us and could easily have accommodated another couple, too. The neighborhood is easy to navigate, safe, and convenient. It was clean and we had everything we needed.

No heat

We arrived to the condo while it was snowing heavily, to find it at 54 degrees. Attempted to turn the heat on, but it was not working. Called Glen and waited for 2 hours for no response. Sent a message through the site and he responded with suggestions that i attempted before contacting him. He responded by telling me that the property manager checked the boiler and the pipes and they were hot. The apartment remaided freezing. No one ever showed up to check the heat and then that part of town lost power for hours. At my final request for someone to come and physically check the heat, the maintenance guy came up and did all things ai had already done, only to tell me that the heat was broken and he didn’t understand why. More hours passed and they finally did something and the heat began to work. No discount or refund has been offered. My next email will be to VRBO.

Quick Getaway

We came to Denver for a concert at Red Rocks and this place was the perfect place to stay! Close to downtown and anything you could want to do in Denver.

Red Rocks

This property is in an area of older and newer homes. The home right across the street is in the process of being remodeled. So a changing neighborhood. The unit had one air conditioner in the living room. The bedrooms only had ceiling fans for cooling. We were surprised that some items you would normally find in a rental were not available in this home. No hair dryer, butter knifes, cork screw. The owner claims that you can sleep 6 but doesn't leave any sheets for the couches if you want to use them for sleeping. We did try to ask the person who lives on site for some items...but he or she never answered the door. These are very minor issues but I wanted to point them out. Overall, the unit was clean and the area was quiet. The location was great for all we wanted to do.

Not ready for our stay. No air conditioning in working order

We did not stay because the air conditioning was not working and we did contact the host. It was 102 in Denver on our arrival and house was extremely hot and air conditioning not working. Unfortunately this happened and how do we get a partial refund. We recently received a partial refund and appreciate the promptness to this matter. Just was not ready for our stay and hope better stays in the future. Thank you

Très bien situé cependant le tapis est très vieux, les chambres ont besoin d’être renouvelé. Les meubles , tables et chaises devront être changé. Les divans dans le salon sentait la cigarette. Il y a un grand manque des accessoires de cuisine, et serviettes. La cuisine et salle de bain sont fraîchement rénové et l’emplacement est bien situé. Je ne reprendrais pas cet établissement.

Four days in Denver

This VRBO was just as advertized. Great location and about 10 - 15 minutes to Coors Field, Red Rocks and many other attractions.

Great stay

Great location- walking distance to everything you’d need, food, restaurants, dispensaries etc… It was near 100 degrees and did not find it too warm as some other posters had mentioned. There were two fans in each bedroom and a/c in the living room. Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show

Lovely but warm

The place is lovely and checked all of my boxes for a home away from home, except the air conditioning situation. The home does not have central air, rather a wall unit, that does not adequately cool the bedrooms. Fortunately, the sofa bed is quite comfortable. A stay during the fall, winter, or spring would likely be the best time to visit this rental.
