Spacious, comfortable and very clean house - 17 mins to the ♥️ of Denver

This unit is in the lower level of our house, which access is completely separated from our unit upstairs. We are very quiet people and the neighborhood we live in is just as quiet.

Access to the unit is in the rear of our house. Upon entry, you’re met with a 4’x7’ landing with stairs leading down to the unit. The dining area is ahead as you land, to the right is the living room, to the left is our brand new kitchen complete with everything you need and extras (complete set of Calphalon tri ply stainless steel cookware, Keurig K-mini plus coffee maker with reusable pod, Kitchenaid stand mixer, Breville Super Q blender with personal cup, Cuisinart immersion blender, Cuisinart toaster, microwave, table service for 6. Immediately to the right of the stairs is the first bedroom with a queen size bed, large closet and access to the bathroom. Down the hallway from the kitchen is the laundry room, then the second bedroom with a queen size bed and ample closet space. At the end of the hallway is the second door to the bathroom adjoined to the first bedroom. The unit is 1,500 sq. ft and we hope you’ll find it’s home away from home.

A note on pets: my husband and I have severe allergies to pet dander and since our HVAC system is connected, we do not allow pets. Thank you for your understanding.

Our state was wonderful and convenient to both downtown Denver and the mountains. Apartment was very well stocked with all supplies needed as if we were at home. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This was a lovely place to stay. It’s spacious, very modern and had great kitchen and living amenities. The neighborhood is beautiful and great for morning walks. The property is also very close to (walking distance) a couple good restaurants, a coffee shop, etc. The host was very kind and helpful. Great stay!

We think it was a great place. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet.The kitchen had all the equipment for preparing meals.Two things to note. One it is a basement apartment with natural light, just a note that there stairs down to the apartment.The second is making a left at the end of the street can be tricky.

This was a perfect location for our trip. It was easy to get to and in a lovely neighborhood. The kitchen was fully stocked and the apartment was well appointed. It even had room to set up a studio area and get some painting in. The host was very responsive. She went out of her way to make our stay special. We would definitely return here.

Amazing layout.. plenty of room. Fully stocked kitchen area. Would definitely recommend to family/friends traveling to the Denver area & would definitely stay here again in the future!

The host was SUPER accommodating and responsive to our questions. She thought of everything in our quiet little space so close to Golden... seriously everything we needed was already there. You know those little things you always forget to bring and have to frustratingly go buy (coffee, sugar, spices, feminine products, toothpaste, laundry detergent, etc.) The kitchen was newly renovated and everything was so nicely organized and decorated. We were close to many activities we wanted to see while in Golden and very much enjoyed our stay. As we were pulling away to return to the airport, we said, “We'd definitely rent this space again.”With that said, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because we felt the back porch was advertised as a usable space for morning coffee, but it was not a space we could sit and enjoy while we were there. The host seemed to be working on the outside, so that might be “in the works.”Again, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

Tournament travel

This was an incredible property, very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family traveling for a kids tournament. Great park in walking distance as well. Owner was extremely responsive and overall a great experience.

Spacious, clean and comfortable

Lots of space in this garden apartment. Large windows, large bathroom, beautiful kitchen with everything you need. Easy check in and check out. Convenient to stores and restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again.

Great place

Everything was very clean. They did a beautiful job of making the place nice. Also, you do not feel like you are in a basement at all. Everything is light and airy . We would rent the place again.

Holiday Get Away

Spacious and beautiful home with a great kitchen and really comfy beds in a fantastic and quiet neighborhood. (Crown Hill park is one block away, a nice restaurant, brewery, and ice cream shop just two blocks away, short drives to Arvada and Golden.) Our host responded quickly and, in general, was terrific. We plan to make this spot our home away from home when visiting family and friends in Colorado.

Great house near my daughter’s house!

This house was clean, nice, great stock of equipment in the kitchen. It was very comfortable for my son, daughter in law, husband and I. Good books and some puzzles too.

Great location in Wheat Ridge!

The basement apartment was fabulous. Ample driveway parking along the side of the house, lots of motion activated security lights leading the way to the basement door at night. Hoang was super responsive to all of my questions. There’s a reusable keurig coffee pod which we found very used since we bring our own ground coffee with us. Eveuthing was very clean and well decorated. Even though we didn’t cook much there seemed to be lots of kitchen supplies available for use. Only concern would be for any person who had trouble maneuvering steps and luggage since it’s a basement apartment. Hoang also had supplied the apartment with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and Pantene hair products which was incredibly helpful!! We were staying there for a wedding weekend for several events planned in Golden and it was not far. Great place.

Very clean and accommodating

Great basement apartment! Very clean and tidy. Kitchen and bathroom fully stocked with appliances. We were even greeted by bunnies every morning and evening at the backyard entrance!

Colorado Stay

We had a quick weekend to visit my sister. The vrbo was close to her house, very convenient for us. We had 5 people, probably will not have all 5 of us stay at the vrbo. Good for 4.
