End-of-stay cleaning does not include the kitchen (dishes, fridge, hobs... stored, cleaned), trash cans to be thrown away, and any ashes and glass from the fireplace.

!! LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED:
Linen is not included in this reservation: you must bring your own linen.

NB: The width of the beds is indicated in the description of the accommodation. The beds are equipped with square duvets and pillows (standard single duvet 140 x 190, standard double duvet 220 x 240).

We do not accept animals. It may sound harsh, but we've had too much abuse. Thank you for understanding.

!! NIGHTCLUB IN THE BASEMENT OF THE RESIDENCE (risk of nighttime noise pollution), BAR IN THE RESIDENCE (possibility of nighttime noise)

During the 2023 holiday season, two travelers complained about music possibly coming from the bar downstairs. Since the beginning of January 2024, the situation has returned to normal, with no nuisance reported by vacationers. Currently, we unfortunately cannot certify whether or not there will be noise during your stay. We are in good communication with the managers of the two establishments in order to remedy this situation. We remain at your disposal

- The accommodation is non-smoking and no noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Departure time is 10 a.m. maximum
