UNINHABITABLE! DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT. This apartment does not meet minimum building codes for habitability. There are NO OPERABLE WINDOWS AND NO VENTILATION TO THE OUTSIDE!. The staircase is below minimum width requirements and beyond maximum tread height. The floors were filthy. Holes in the walls. The absolute cheapest furnishings. DEATH TRAP!

Wonderful Stay

Excellent place to stay close to metro, grocery store and bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. Host was very communicative and the access is easy…directly off the street, no stairs or elevator needed.

Good location

Close to metro and Montmartre. Walking distance to the Arc, Champs Elysees and Eiffel. Some good restaurants and coffee places in the area. The main room was a bit noisy but the bedrooms were quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

Very nice accommodation, Great area

The place is very roomy, in a great location. Our only disappointment was that there's no ventilation, & it was hot while we were there. We bought 2 fans for the bedrooms & left them. I hope theyre sill there for future visitors.

Great location

Street level flat. One bedroom downstairs with a large tub, and a bathroom with large showers and round tub. Unfortunately neither if the tubs worked. Also, there is one toilet which is upstairs on main level. We liked that it was walking distance to metro and to several bistros. Nice quiet street.

2BDR apartment

The only problem is the properties' door is direct to the street, during the night you can hear voices and people walking and disturb while you are sleeping, the apartment is confortable and according to the pictures!

Spacious & modern, huge bathroom

Our family really enjoyed staying here. I loved getting the wow reaction from my kids as we walked in. The place is beautiful inside, with modern finishings and plenty of space between the two floors. The master bathroom is huge and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The entrance was on the street level which made it much easier to access, especially with all our luggage. The area seemed quite safe and easy to use as a home base. There were nice cafe's and conveniences close, plus the nearby metro station. The host was quite responsive. The place was terrific. I'd definitely recommend it.

Paris pad

Overall the communication was generally good. We had some small issues with missing items and things not working and communicated via email and response was prompt to fix things. The place was clean and very near metro station. The place opens out right onto the street so the flat is noisy and we had construction works to add to this. We managed as were out all day. If you like big bathroom and shower you will enjoy this aspect. Clear instructions for leaving.

Not what we expected

This property is located in a great neighbourhood, and has lots of excellent restaurants close by. It was clean (although the sofa was a bit stained) and the beds were comfortable. However, the space is odd and not what I would consider a luxury apartment. It looked like it had been a retail space that was converted to a flat. There was one door for entry and exit that opens directly onto a very noisy street and no windows for ventilation. The photos are deceptive as the huge bathroom downstairs has no toilet but the photos look as if it’s at the bottom of the stairs with the main bathroom. The apartment has only one toilet located off the living room that has a tiny sink, no towel rail and no ventilation. None of the sinks had soap dishes or towel rails. The main bedroom and bathroom are down a steep set of stairs that has no handrail. The downstairs bedroom was quiet and comfortable and had shelves but no closet to hang clothes and no coat hangers. There is no emergency exit downstairs. The kitchen was not a full kitchen by any means with no actual oven, toaster or toaster oven. There are plenty of cups, plates, etc. but only two glasses. When I asked for additional glasses they were responsive and dropped off plastic cups that same day but I was told that if I wanted glass glasses I should buy them myself. Their photos show a kitchen cupboard with plenty of glasses. I was disappointed with the impersonal nature of this transaction, the deceptive photos and lack of basics.

Propriétaire totalement absent et logement sale

Nous sommes arrivés dans le logement et il y avait une tache de sang séchée dans un des lits. De plus, de la poussière partout. Mes chaussettes blanches qui devenaient noires tellement le sol était sale. Des cheveux restaient dans tous les lits ce qui était désagréable. De la matière fécale sur certains interrupteurs. Nous avons tenté de joindre le propriétaire mais aucune réponse et 0 soutien de la part d’Abritel également qui nous a indiqué qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire. La prochaine fois nous passerons par un site concurrent pour réserver.

Lage super, leider nicht so sauber

Die Lage ist gut, wir sind Läufer in der Stadt. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen oder die U Bahn. Allerdings ist die oft extrem überfüllt und man muss auch mal Züge abwarten um mitzukommen oder sich mit Druck in die Bahn schmeissen

Unmöglich

In der Wohnung gibt es kein Fenster. Die Badezimmer sind schon muffig und schimmelig. Außerdem gibt es nur eine Toilette, ebenfalls ohne Fenster bzw. Lüftung. Wenn man die Tür öffnet, steht man auf der Straße. Es gibt keine Gläser, nur Becher. Das Objekt ist nicht empfehlenswert.

Beau mais imparfait

L'appartement est esthétiquement agréable et équipé d'une salle de bain superbe. C'est dans les détails que se trouve les problèmes. Il est fort dommage que dans une si belle salle de bain l'on ne sache pas où poser ses affaires (pas de meuble, pas de porte serviette) et que les prises électriques soient mal placées. De la même façon dans les sanitaires il y a un lave-mains mais rien pour accrocher un essuie-mains. Nous étions 4 personnes, il n'y avait que 2 verres à la cuisine. Dans la chambre du haut nous avons eu très chaud car pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la porte ou la fenêtre. Voilà ce sont ces petits détails qui ont rendu notre séjour beaucoup moins agréable que ce que nous avions prévu en voyant les photos de l'annonce.

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour. L'appartement est propre et confortable. La rue est calme.
