Cute neighborhood with laundry if you want a dryer and cafe nearby. Everything you need is here. Cute ice cream and cookie place called Puffy cookies that makes the best iced vanilla latte in town. Store is on the corner. You have everything you need. Very safe. It was just us three ladies and we loved it. Room for everyone.

We loved this apartment and the location in the 9e! Very comfortable for two adults (not a couple) but suitable for a family. The location in general was very quiet although you can hear normal activity in the building. The kitchen is well-equipped, and although we didn’t cook meals we utilized the coffee makers (both pod type and drip), microwave and toaster oven. But also there are many good restaurants nearby!

Location was ideal, and the host was helpful and responsive. Apartment was very clean, and the beds comfortable. We had dinner at two of the restaurants they suggest (Chez Yvette & Les Martyrs) - both outstanding and only minutes away from the apartment. Just a heads up - many restaurants are closed on Sunday - Chez Yvette was open. We took advantage of the car and driver they offered both to and from the airport - it was great. I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Paris.
