Relax in our beautiful large home, mid town area of Springfield in the Pickwick District. Great for multi member groups, large groups, etc. Close to coffee shops, pizza, tea rooms, brewery, Otts pasts, downtown/MSU, 45 minutes to Branson, about 10 minutes to Bass Pro Shop. All new furniture in every bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. 2 car garage plus 3 spots in the driveway. 5 bedrooms, 1 futon game room area, main living room/dining room, & basement living room/extra table seating area.

Great from start to finish. This was a unique group of “senior” men traveling for the USTA regional tennis tournament for Missouri. Have a home for gathering and kitchen for food prep is so much better than a hotel room. Dixie was very accommodating to This groups needs. They enjoyed the spacious room and accommodations. Definitely a must do for our next Springfield trip.

Great stay

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving. 4 adults and 4 kids aged 3-10. Great stay will stay again when we go back.

Repeat guests for family gathering

We rented the larger home previously and were repeat guests. The lovely home is located in a very nice established neighborhood and was perfect for our family to gather in.

Very spacious house

The house was clean and had great space for everyone to spread out. It was a bit of a maze finding all the rooms, but that just made it more fun.

Great house in a cool neighborhood

The house is spacious and clean. It’s comfortable and in a cool neighborhood near the university. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Springfield.

Clean, big, beautiful house with nice amenities and great communication with the owner. Cool neighborhood close to college and fun bars & restaurants. Definite recommend!

Girls trip

House was very nice and clean. Location was good. Could have used some more living room and outside seating. Had 5 people in our group and only 2 outside chairs. Overall had a great time and would stay definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home

Had a family trip with 11 of us. Home was big enough to handle us all with lots of room to spare. Had one minor maintenance issue and owner responded and worked out solution with us immediately.
