We are a smoke free home, inside & outside. Quiet country feel with relaxed back porch seating, yet less than 10 minutes from Springfield, Ozark, Nixa and Rogersville. 35 minutes from Branson. Various attractions: Silver Dollar City, Bass Pro, Wonders Of Wildlife, Nature Center, Multiple Parks, Lamberts, Downtown restaurants and shopping. A master suite with private setting room, attached bathroom and walking closet. A mini suite with attached bathroom and walking closet. A bedroom with adjacent hallway full bathroom. All rooms have a queen adjustable bed and Roku TVs. Living room has a gas fireplace with TV mounted above. Dining room that seats six. Coffee bar and full laundry room. Kitchen equipped with basic cooking necessities. Attached 2 car garage.

Extremely neat and clean and well-appointed. This is a wonderful place for family to gather, to hang out and to enjoy the peaceful country setting. Highly recommend staying here whenever you are in the Springfield area. Kitchen has everything you need. Such a lovely place and a thoughtful hostess.

Absolutely beautiful house! It felt so private being on 20 acres of land. We saw dear running around in the backyard multiple days. Very close to everything. Extremely clean and organized. I would highly recommend this home.

an excellent place to stay. quiet area with wildlife around. tara is a super host answer all questions quickly and is a super nice lady. we will be staying here again. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms fit our 3 family vacation perfectly.

This was an awesome stay! Everything you might need is there. There is plenty of room to spread out, but also large enough spaces to hang out as a group. Very peaceful area just outside of town. Highly recommend this place!

Beautifully appointed home, with wonderful linens, products, furniture and fantastic indoor and outdoor space. We absolutely loved it. The kitchen had everything you’d ever need. The property is gorgeous. The cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. We already booked it for our annual trip next year! 100% recommend staying here!

This was a beautiful home with such wonderful amenities. The host was amazing and we would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the Springfield/Branson area. Wonderful, spacious 4-bedroom home, great for all the family to stay together. Plenty of eating space, all the basics in the kitchen including sugar and a few condiments in the fridge. Some adults enjoyed tea and cocoa, while others liked the coffee. It was very relaxing on the back patio having morning coffee, enjoying the sounds of the birds and the wind through the tall grass in the field behind the house. Lots of games and books to choose from for evening fun. Within 20-30 minutes of most Springfield sites, 45 minutes to Branson attractions. Wonderful host!

The host was very nice to communicate with. The rooms were very excellent, although we didn't need to use the fireplace, it was still beautiful. Even had a bag of chocolates for us. Thank you. I love chocolates. Lol. Although it rained we didn't get to BBQ, we still had burgers abs brats. The place was very peaceful and very relaxing. We will definitely like to stay here again. Better than staying at a hotel.

This was our second stay here and this time was even better than the first. Everything is so clean and welcoming. Tara has went above and beyond to add all the little extras. This isn’t just a beautiful house, but it’s truly home away from home. The garage is an excellent bonus that easily fit our large full size van and another car. The grounds outside are beautifully landscaped as well. And the patio out back is a perfect place for coffee and relaxing, especially with the beautiful fields in the back blowing in the wind. I personally love the soft lighting in the house with many options. And the fact that she provides a lot of towels for each bathroom and the kitchen is great. Along with many small appliances, a Kitchen Aid mixer, a variety of spices and even aluminum foil, wrap, parchment paper and ziploc bags. Such a huge bonus when you can easily forget to bring these items. Games to play and books to read are great as well. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet with plenty of personal space. Definitely a 10/10 and we hope to stay again next year!!

I loved the location. Very quiet and peaceful. House is exactly as pictured and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!!

Tara was an excellent property manager/host. She went above and beyond answering questions and having suggestions. The house was perfect for three retired couples, well stocked, extremely clean. We enjoyed being able to sit on the outdoor decks to enjoy the scenery, especially in February. If in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

In 2010 this residence was built in place of the dilapidated historical Old Mentor School House, continuing the dream of living near family. We are delighted to share our space and surroundings with you so you can take a break from your daily hustle and bustle and enjoy this peaceful living.

It's a perfect location away from city life yet just about 10-15 minutes from different area cities. It's a quiet peaceful area surrounded by wildlife roaming the field. During nice weather you have access to walking the perimeter of 20+ acres and enjoy the quiet.
