we are a gated area with only treehouses right now we have 4 on the property . all have hot tubs, wifi , dish network, we are only 18 miles to downtown chattanooga.and a sleeper sofa in livingroom, nice hot tub to enjoy the outdoors and views of the lake, no sunday check ins no smoking inside of any kind wash dishes before leaving we are located to several hiking trails and waterfalls in the area.
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

This cabin was absolutely perfect! It was close to Lookout Mt but felt secluded. It was clean and very cozy

This was the cleanest, nicest VRBO we have ever stayed. We had everything we could possibly need. Quiet, private with a gated private entrance. 4 cabins on the side of a mountain with enough space and foliage for privacy. We will be returning again!

OMGoodness! Cutest lil cabin! Super clean! Communication with the host was great! Hot tub was perfect for ending the day after walking so much! I would not hesitate to stay her if I'm ever in this area again! Thank you for an absolutely great weekend relaxing away from everything!

Beautiful cabin

This cabin is so beautiful. The cabin was very clean and had a fresh smell. The cabin is very romantic and cozy. If I ever decide to go back to the area I would consider staying here again.

Your cabin was so clean and it was so peaceful. We enjoyed our stay so much that I booked another stay in the fall for the Barn Owl Inn.

This cute cabin is up in the trees just as listed. Very clean and easy to access off the highway. 20 minutes from Chatanoooga. Had a great time!

Beautiful Cabin

This treehouse cabin was so cool! Beautiful, brand new space with great views. My spouse and I enjoyed watching the sunset from the hot tub and my son (7) now wants to build a treehouse "just like this" in our backyard at home. The treehouse was in a great location among the various activities we had planned in the area.

Wolf pack

We loved it overall! The parking spot is a steep slope so we parked on a more level area and no one complained or made us move. No exhaust fan in the bathroom ☺️ but it was great all around. A definite 9 and we will be returning.

Lovely Quiet Stay

My spouse and I stayed here for a birthday getaway and it was a very lovely & quiet experience! We felt safe with a gated entrance and the comfiest recliner to sit back and relax after a long day of exploring. A beautiful view of the sunrise from the living room and a restful night on a cozy bed. Great experience overall. I will say that my only concern was the parking situation. A little steep and may be difficult to those in the cold season. We did appreciate a fairly new pavement that was nice in the area but be cautious of the trees and others around you in the night time who park in the same area.

House was very clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Location is beautiful. Hot tub was perfect. Only drawbacks were the highway noise and we both felt the mattress was very uncomfortable (too firm). Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Our stay was excellent! The treehouse was super clean, the hot tub got hot fast, it was just private enough, beautiful location and easy to find. The only drawback for me was that I thought the bed was uncomfortable, but that is so subjective so I’m still giving this a 5 star review!

It was a very quiet and cozy. Beautiful all around. Would definitely stay again. Didn't get a chance to fish at Nickajack Lake but would love to come again and stay longer. Pictures in VRBO does give this place justice. It's stunning.

This was my third stay here. The fact that I keep returning says enough. Excellent hosts. The property is well kept. Never had a problem.

Worth the climb

As a older couple, (61,62) we were a little hesitant to rent a cabin at the top of the hill because of the steepness of the overall location, but we were able to get to our cabin with ease. I would say if you have a balance or walking issue, rent the lower cabin closest to the entrance as it's on flat ground. Our daughter and son in-law were next to us in another cabin which was wonderful. We loved the treehouse feel and the beautiful views no matter which window we looked out of. Would definitely rent again and thank you for making our vacation stay a memorable one. Gennine and Mark

We had a great time!

We have stayed here 3 years in a row because we love it. The place is clean and the hot tub is awesome. It’s a quick drive to Chattanooga to enjoy tourist attractions and restaurants.
