The Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club has its own facilities and there are restaurants and easy shopping a short distance away. A short drive will take you to the Disney theme parks, Universal Studios, Legoland, and Sea World and you are also ideally located for such coastal resorts as Clearwater, Madeira Beach, Cape Canaveral, and Daytona while the Florida Keys are 4 hours away. You are located right in the middle of everything. Haines City is Called the Heart of Florida!

There are dozens of fine restaurants within 20 minutes of our Villa, from Italian to French, American to Japanese to Australian, a Special treat is Manny’s Chop House just around the corner ( you can walk there and back ). This is a gated community with 24-hour security.
