Absolutely wonderful property, in town but totally private . It was a two minute walk to the Utile mini supermarket, Maison Spiteri Patisserie for baked goods, Chez Karen Epicerie for prepared foods and Tom & Johs for gourmet sandwiches. The old city center, with its Wednesday market and dozens of restaurants were less than a five minute walk as well. The outdoor seating area was under a porch with terrific seating and a grill for outdoor meals. This was all next to a beautiful pool. The kitchen and dining areas were generous, modern and the bedrooms, all decorated beautifully were en suite along with especially comfortable beds. The host Genevieve was very accommodating and did a superb job of communicating. This a special place and one of the best VRBO properties we’ve rented.

This one one of the nicest vacation properties I have rented. The home is beautiful, spotless and comfortable. The location, right near the center of lovely St. Rémy, is perfect. Within walking distance are dozens of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops. We especially enjoyed fresh croissants from the bakery right next door.Ms. Blanc is the ultimate hostess. She is friendly, fun and helpful. When we had a problem with the water, she came to the house within minutes of hearing from me and within an hour (on a Saturday) the problem was resolved.I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, spacious house in the perfect location, seconds from the town Centre with a very good patisserie and supermarket next door. AC works immaculately, and it’s a very well equipped kitchen. All round terrific. And our host, Genevieve, was extremely warm and helpful and clearly loves having guests.

This was our second stay in the house Lilly and we can recommend it a 100%. The house is directly located in the Centre and you have only short walking distances to the restaurants, shops, bakery, a small supermarket and the weekly market. But yet it is calm and has a really beautiful outdoor area with a heated pool.All rooms (kitchen, livingroom and the 4 bedrooms) are very spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated as the rest of the house. Everything is exactly as shown in the internet.Geneviève and Bernard are super nice and generous hosts who take care of their guests and they give you a warm welcome. Because we are so happy with the hosts and their locations that it was our 4th booking and the 3rd house we rented from Geneviève so far. But it was definately not the last time…

We had an amazing stay at Genevieve’s place. Everything was perfect from the location to the amenities. Genevieve was a fantastic host who welcomed us when we got there, helped with recommendations and showed up to say goodbye as we were leaving. Highly recommended!!!

Wonderfull Stay

Beautiful accommodations. Centrally located, walk to everything You need and want to do in Saint Remy. Genevieve is a wonderful host. The house is well decorated, very spacious and very practical. We have enjoyed our stay and recommend it highly to anyone.

We stayed at this villa for just under two weeks with friends and everyone absolutely loved it! The decor is beautiful and every bedroom feels equally desirable with its own en suite bathroom. Our group loved how the kitchen could open up to the outdoor space with its heated pool and al fresco dining and lounge spaces, surrounded by blooming flowers. During the cooler nights we enjoyed a cozy fire in living room. It was an idyllic base where the group could walk just steps down the street to the market and village center. Genevieve was a warm and lovely host who always responded promptly to the few requests we had. I have high standards for my stays and this hit the mark. I would be thrilled to return and would recommend it to any group staying in the area.

This was the perfect home in the perfect place! We had our three kids under 5 with us, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Bakery and grocery store all half a block away. Genevieve is the most thoughtful and responsive host. She even connected us with a babysitter so my husband and I could do a dinner date night!The hose was perfect, the heated pool was a game changer. If this home is still available for your travel dates, it won’t be soon.

The parking was good and safe for two cars. Very convenient. The street also felt safe for parking or walking.The house was beautiful and very quiet at night. The kitchen was very well stocked and very beautiful. There is lots of furniture, very comfy, outside by the pool. Within two blocks, just outside the back gate is a lovely bakery and a grocery.The town of St Remy is beautiful with narrow streets filled with restaurants and shops. Fantastic! I would love to return some day.

Hidden Gem

An amazing property in the center of the most wonderful village. Four great bedrooms all equal to each other and well appointed kitchen leading onto a covered outdoor patio. The perfect pool to cool off in on a warm summer day and a host who is engaging and helpful. All in all a great place to stay that we’d all highly recommend.

A haven in St Remy

The house is beautiful and very well appointed. The yard and the pool area are spectacular. It was a pleasure to explore the wonders of Provence and return late in the afternoon and relax by the pool. It provided a quiet haven in a beautiful setting. The location of the house is just a short walk to restaurants, shopping, and groceries. The parking on premises is very convenient and secure. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing! “Home away from home”

We can’t say enough about the house, the wonderful host, and location ! Excellent to say the least. Just steps from the loop road around Saint Remy. All shops, restaurants and market day are a short walk away.Geneviève was a terrific host, from a personal guided tour of the house at check in to arranging dinner reservations for our favorite meal at Tete D’ail. It was a highlight of a very special trip and we hope to return soon.

Perfect stay

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful place. Genevieve welcomed us warm and showed us everything. The house is very spacious and completely renovated. Everything is top level and well equipped. The kids loved the warmly temperated pool and everything ist in walking distance. This was a wonderful stay and we want to thank Genevieve for her hospitality

Wonderful home in the heart of St. Remy

We had the most lovely stay in this beautiful home. Genevieve was an excellent host. She went above and beyond by booking us a dinner reservation, and making sure the pool was ready (in the off-season) for our kids to enjoy. The house itself is beautiful and huge, as well as perfectly located just off the main ring around the center of town. Highly, highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Magnifique!!

The owner, Genevieve, has renovated this 300 year old home to perfection. Every room is beautiful with modern plumbing and perfect attention to detail. The backyard was incredible and the small pool a relaxing end to our days traveling around Provence. St Rémy is a beautiful town that was full of great shopping and restaurants. What a joy to step around the corner each morning for patisserie and bread. Every time we had a question about something in the house we didn’t understand how to use, Genevieve came over within minutes to help us. She is the ultimate host! Book this place for your dream vacation in Provence!!

Better than expected

The house has four very large bedrooms and four separate showers in addition to two freestanding bathtubs. Parking for at least two cars and also has a charger for an electric car. The walk into town is literally 2 to 3 minutes. The cars in the entrance to the house are all behind a solid electric gate. It is very secure. Almost everything is a little bit better than in the pictures.

Magical week in St Remy!

We were a family group of seven adults, and we all found the home and surrounding area breathtaking. The Bastide de Lily is lovely - the pictures are all accurate and yet do not do it justice. It is spacious, well appointed, tasteful and comfortable with so many thoughtful touches for a wonderful stay. All four of the bedrooms with ensuite baths are large and equally lovely. The pool and outdoor area are heaven on earth . The location is walkable to restaurants, and there is a supermarket and a gourmet shop just steps away. We took advantage of all the attractions of St Remy from shopping to Roman ruins and museums. With a car, there are many fabulous day trips to vineyards, historic villages like Les Baux and Gordes perched on mountains, and the Pont du Gard. Our hostess Genevieve greeted us for a gracious and seamless check in. We loved every minute. I hope to return soon!

Our VRBO house in Saint Remy was wonderful, a gem located in the heart of this lovely town. Geneviève, our VRBO hostess, was truly exceptional from start to finish. She was always available to answer questions as we were trying to set up this rental. She greeted us warmly upon arrival and gave us a thorough tour of the house, making sure we understood how everything worked. She even supplied us with a beautiful bottle of champagne, fruit, and a bottle of olive oil which she produced from her olive grove. When it was time to leave, she helped make our departure, smooth and stress-free. The house itself was an ideal retreat - private, quiet, delightful, secure. The house had four spacious and nicely decorated bedrooms, each with its own full bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area were well appointed with everything we need for preparing and enjoying meals together. It also included a wonderful outdoor pool, which we enjoyed during our stay. The air-conditioning unit units throughout the house were excellent and much appreciated, especially during the hotter days. In sum, we really enjoyed staying at this house.
