Great Fort grounds house. The home was in excellent condition, with a well stocked kitchen. Everything was well maintained for a very comfortable family stay. We liked the backyard sitting area as well as the close proximity to the lake front.

Overall very happy with our stay! You can’t beat the location for walkability to the lake and downtown. Also a plus, there are pickleball courts within a block of the property!

The house was very nice. The beds need new mattresses. One of the 4 bathrooms is in the kids bunk room, which is a very small room with 4 beds in it and the door doesn't open all the way because its blocked by one of the beds. A short walk to the city park and downtown in a very nice old neighborhood and very quiet.

I'm sorry the mattresses were not comfortable and that the bunk room bathroom layout and door clearance caused inconvenience. We will inspect the mattresses and move forward with replacements as needed, and we’ll review the bunk room layout to ensure the door can open fully and the bathroom is more accessible. This home was spacious and lovely! The shuffle board definitely allowed for some family fun. The home was perfect for our group and family vacation. Would highly consider it again in the summer months due to its proximity to downtown, tubbs Hill, the CDA trails etc etc. The hosts were in touch and available in case we needed anything.

Great stay!!

We had an amazing stay at City Beach House. The house and neighborhood for perfect for hanging out and enjoying a relaxing week in the beautiful CDA. Our kids loved the bunk room and the kitchen/living room were awesome for cooking and enjoying our time with friends and family.

Excellent stay!

Our family was in town for our daughter's wedding and had a wonderful stay at the City Beach House. The home has a lovely open format, very comfortable accommodations and the location is amazing. Thank you for making our special week even better...we'll be back!

Dance weekend house

We stayed for a dance competition weekend!!! Loved how open the layout was, we could all be together and not be crowded. Will be back in two weeks!!! Love this place

Family get together

The house worked out great for us. It was centrally located and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of glassware and dishes. We enjoyed walking to the lake and downtown. We would stay there again!
