This home features three spacious bedrooms, covered front porch, private fenced yard with outdoor living room, brand new furnishings and décor, two living spaces. Smart TVs in the main living room, upstairs lounge and one of the upstairs guest rooms. The private, fully fenced backyard and patio offer you the perfect place to hang out with family and friends. Tons of seating, dining table, new Weber grill and even a fire pit (fire wood is not provided). Feeling adventurous? We have 4 kayaks available for you to enjoy (you will need to figure out how to get them to the lake). This home is perfect for a family vacation, company retreat, girls getaway or a romantic weekend for two. Located minutes from everything. Girl’s Retreat

5 ladies enjoyed the coffee bar, fireplace, 3 bathrooms and comfortable sleeping quarters.There was a 1 mile walk to the lake and the park is beautiful. A wonderful vacation!

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

Such an easy place to enjoy and great location. It was nice being able to use the garage for bike storage, Etc. Furniture was comfortable and plenty of towels provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay

Top house we have rented…

We absolutely loved this home! It was a convenient spot, close to family who live in CDA and close to downtown. The home was nicely decorated, had excellent main level living, dining, gathering space and the kitchen was nicely equipped-we all like to cook! Hosts were very nice and very responsive! Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Excellent stay.

The home was very nice and clean but not close enough for us to walk to the lake or downtown area. The home is located in an area that is being rehabilitated. We felt very safe and comfortable.

Great place, responsive owners

Everything was as the listing depicted. The living room, dining room and kitchen all open was great for connecting our two families as we cooked and hung out. Owners were very responsive even though they were camping.

Everything we needed in a comfortable setting

We had a great time here, and would definitely book again when back in the area. Everything we could wish for was in the well-stocked kitchen. The decorating was beautiful, thoughtful towel placement everywhere was helpful, and the couches and beds were very comfortable! We had a wonderful stay.

Nice Family Trip

It was our first time visiting family in Coeur d’Alene and this house made our visit absolutely amazing. The house was beautiful, even our family living on the lake said they wish they were staying there with us. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything it was such a great stay. 100% will be booking our next trip to Coeur d’Alene just to stay at this house again.

The house is beautiful inside and out. Liked the master bedroom being on lower level. Loves the openness of the downstairs. Enjoyed coffee in the morning on the porch! Dana was great! We will definitely stay here again!

Road trip

This property is very well laid out and furnished. It had a great out door area in front and back to spend time. Kitchen is well stocked and nice appliances. Will highly recommend for friends get together or family.

Great property

This was a great place to stay with my family. The location was convenient. The house was darling. There was plenty of bed space and the living area was open and really conducive to great family time. We really appreciated the backyard play space and the board games. Had a small issue with the grill and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Next time we're in Coeur d'Alene we will definitely rebook!

This home was custom built in 2017. It is full of charm and detail. The home is ideally located. It features a full covered front patio and private outdoor entertaining area with new natural gas BBQ. The master is on the main level with a large en suite bathroom and large walk in closet. Open concept features a cook's dream kitchen with a deluxe gas stove/oven, lots of counter space and well stocked with high end pots and pans. The living room has a comfy sectional with two leather chairs and a 60 inch TV with cable, Netflix, HULU and Amazon Prime with many new releases. There is also a 1/2 bath and laundry room on the main level. Upstairs features two bedrooms. One has two queen beds, TV and walk in closet and the other has one bunk bed with a single/full bed combo*, a TV lounge and another bath are also upstairs. *One additional twin mattress is available
