3/2 Beautiful Beach house!

This lovely Beach house has been completely redone inside and out. This is a very big home for nettles island at 1400 square ft. It has an open floor plan with a large kitchen that is fully stocked for all your cooking needs, and lots of counter space. It has a dinning room table for up to 6 people and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master has a queen bed with a walk in closet. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with large closet. 3rd bedroom will sleep 2 people it has a Daybed with a trundle and a large 65” smart TV. Large laundry room with a full size washer & dryer. There is a gas grill and chairs so you can sit outside on the porch. Enjoy lots of amenities that Nettles has to offer including basketball, pickle ball, tennis, shuffle board, horseshoes, ping-pong ball, and 18 hole mini golf course and don’t forget the awesome Beach! There is a marina with boat ramp, 2 large heated swimming pools and 2 hot tubs. There is a grocery store on the island and a really good restaurant “Saunders Landings”. Watch the beautiful sunrise on the beach and the breathtaking sunset across the Indian river waterway.

Spacious house in Nettles

My family and I escaped to Nettles Island for a mid winter break. House was spacious and appreciated the two bathrooms. Home was stocked with all basic items including towels, dishes and beach chairs. Didn’t include many toiletries though. Community is great although for an older population. There is no jumping in the pool which is tough for kids. All in all a great time! Host was very communicative and had a great response time.

Nettles Island Perfection

Our family stayed at Danny's place June 25 - June 30. It was absolutely perfect - location, cleanliness, amenities! Danny thought of everything and responded immediately to a few minor questions. We would stay there again in a heartbeat, but we loved Nettles so much that we bought our own place while we were there.

Couple's Getaway

We had such a wonderful vacation at Danny's house! We had everything we needed.. the kitchen was fully stocked, complete with an Instantpot and air fryer. (I mean, we didn't use them, but were THERE! 😉)We chose instead to use the beach towels and chairs from the house to enjoy Nettles' private beach. The amenities on Nettles are plentiful and we took full advantage of all of them. This was the biggest house we've ever stayed at on Nettles. It was great to be able to spread out and relax. Danny was great to work with, responding to all my questions quickly and accurately. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a very nice vacation!

This home is immaculate and very comfortable. The ocean is very close and the swimming pool options are great. The grounds of the resort are very well-maintained. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. I rented a golf cart for the week, as I have mobility issues, so I was able to check everything out so easily. Money well-spent! My sons loved the place very much!

Perfect location

Attended a wedding, onshore fishing, and great restaurants. The rental was perfect! Quaint little community with numerous amenities for all ages. We will definitely be back!!

Quiet beach getaway

The property and host was exceptional. Of course the inside is decked out in a relaxing beach setting. ☺️ The updated kitchen included every appliance. Simple things that I really appreciated: The furniture and cabinets were not crowded with their personal items. So My kids and I were able to settle in our new “home” for the week. Also, not to mention no “long to do list” for departure. Lastly, Extra perk was the rec center. Overall Danny’s place was an absolute pleasure.

A beautiful piece of paradise

From the moment we stepped in the front door, we knew our stay here on Nettles island would be memorable. Dan is an exceptional host offering a beautiful, exceptionally clean home with every detail in place with each room, the kitchen being fully stocked with anything you may ever need along with beach towels,chairs toys,etc that you just cant bring with you on an airplane to spend days at the beach. The golf cart was a huge bonus as well. The ammenties Nettles Island offers is priceless. You will not be disappointed staying here or on Nettles Island. It is peaceful, the residents are friendly, every detail on the island is extremely well maintained and it makes you feel you are a million miles away from the world. Thank you for a great place to stay and a memorable trip for our family!

Friends week away

Boyd Oasis

We spent two weeks here and loved it. The property was immaculate and exactly as advertised. The island community is beautiful. It is quiet and friendly. There is a large athletic complex with tennis, basketball and pickle ball courts. There is a mini putt and kids play area and two pools, one brings right at the ocean by the private beach. Danny was a great host abs super helpful and responsive. He went out of his way to help us with a parcel that was mailed rather than delivered by UPS. The house had everything and then some and was so fresh and clean. We really enjoyed ourselves!!

Perfect Spot to Unwind

This was our first trip to Nettles Island and we could not have picked a better place to experience all the island has to offer. This home is a well-kept gem with so much charm and plenty of room to spare. From the kitchen to the bedding to the beach toys, this place had it all - making it the perfect place for our family of 6. I highly recommend this lovely home.

Short vacation

It was a great trip. Only negative thing to report is the complex was not very “kid friendly.” They were rather mean towards the kids, especially at the pool. No guests had complaints but primarily the pool attendant.

This house comes fully stocked from the night lights in the bathroom to the beach chairs in the shed

This house was perfect for our trip, enough bedrooms to suit our family and the dining area and living room were spacious enough to make it comfortable for all. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal and the laundry room was an added bonus. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, and I will definitely be back. We brought a box of assorted items we needed in other VRBOs but we never opened it. I highly recommend this rental and suggest you rent the golf cart with your stay, makes traveling around Nettles Island so much easier. We were visiting family so didn't get to enjoy all the amenities but lots to do if you have the time.
