Great location close to Guadalupe river, shopping and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed seeing the deer everywhere, pool was close by and tennis courts.

Neat Retreat

The Only problem we had was the loud music coming from probably a youth camp late at night. Everything else was perfect. Barbara Furguson was a perfect host‼️Shirley Storie

Lovely and clean

The condo was so cute and CLEAN. It seems the owner wants to make you feel at home. There was ample supplies like coffee and creamer and sweetners, etc. I was so pleased that we did not have to go out and purchase Paper Towels or toilet paper, etc. It was nice to have such a cute and wonderful place in which to enjoy New Braunsfels.

Relaxing and simple stay

We have always liked staying at T Bar M because of the peacefulness it brings. The condo was neat and clean and was plenty of space for me and my family. The owner was very communicative.

Nice rental with nice decor. Would have liked to have had hand towels in the bathroom, and clean bath mats.

Fantastic Condo!

This condo is one of the best rentals we have stayed in! Barbara has thought of everything! The condo was spotless upon arrival, easy check in process, wonderful amenities (tennis court, pool etc) Loved the deer that meandered through! We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Awesome experience at this condo!

A group of 6 of us came to NB for a tennis tournament. The location was perfect and the property is in excellent condition. It served our group well and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The unit is bigger than the pics seem. The property manager Barbara was so easy to work with and very accommodating. The unit is VERY well stocked with almost everything you might need!

We loved it here. The surroundings were lovely. We saw deer everyday and enjoyed the pool and tennis courts daily. Barbara has a book of places to go and see. It was very helpful.

50th birthday

We had a great time! The deer were everywhere, the condo was so cozy and located near everything. Barbara is a kind, wonderful host. Will DEFINITELY stay again and again! No complaints at all.

Very quiet, relaxed setting, with park-like feel. Very comfortable stay, with everything we needed right at hand. Great communication and great stay.

Great Location for a quick TX Getaway

Our ladies group of 4 had a great time and the condo was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, very spacious and the decor was just enough to make you feel at home. There was a kids camp letting out at the time of our arrival, so the entrance and streets were quite crowded. Our condo was a great central location for us to drive a short distance to Gruene, have dinner, and walk around all the shops and also float the river the next day. There was an HEB as well as drug store and several restaurants and fast food locations within a short distance as well. Needless to say, this was exactly what we needed for our "girls weekend" and we would do it all over again!

Great condo!

The condo was a great size and so clean! Perfect location- close to the river and close to stores and restaurants! Everything was great!
