You’ll have an awesome time at this VRBO five-star rated property. Enjoy a unique rock-n-roll themed experience on the beautiful Guadalupe River with private river access. It is located in downtown New Braunfels only minutes from Gruene, WurstFest grounds, Landa Park and the Landa Golf Course. It is walking distance to the county fair grounds, Schlitterbahn, and the Comal River Tube Chute.

B301 gives our guests a beautiful river view of the WaterWheel property. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a well-equipped kitchen decorated with rock-n-roll themed decor. There is a large 75” TV in both bedrooms and living room. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. There is a queen size pull-out in the living room. The balcony gives our guests a view of the river in the distance, the heated pool/hottub and a beautiful green space where you can watch the deer lounging about.

Excellent spot!, we really enjoyed our stay there. The five star review says it all, I would definitely book it again, I was born in the 70s raised in the 80s and 90s, I love the old-school rock ‘n’ roll band guitars, nice touch, the owners definitely paid attention to detail.

We had the best time at the Rockin’ River Condo! The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do. Our son had a great time pretending he was at a concert and the guitar chair was a family favorite. Thank you for making our family vacation a memorable one!

We enjoy the condo and it's amenities. Beds were so comfy.It has everything you could need. The host was amazing and loved the local recommendations she had. The river access was awesome had lots of shallow areas perfect for kids.

Fantastic stay. This is a unique and fun property with everything you need for a great stay. The host are beyond amazing and very helpful. Every detail of this property has been thought out. The decoration is spot on and done in such a classy manner. Super fun place to stay. A definite must stay if you are in the NB area!!

We stayed one night to go to a show at Gruene Hall and wished we could have stayed longer. The condo decor is so fun and there were so many nice touches to make our stay great. Host was super friendly and quick to reply in messaging. No issues at all, only positive things to say. We will be back!

Stay could not have been more perfect! The condo was spotless and the decor was absolutely fabulous! A rock-n-roll paradise!Host was amazing! She catered to our every need, going the extra mile getting the laptop I left behind on it’s way back to me!2 pools, 4 hot tubs and the Guadalupe River - what could be better! We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at this condo on the New Braunfels River! The location was perfect—right on the river and just a quick drive to so many cute restaurants and coffee shops.Check-in was super easy, and the hosts were fantastic with communication the entire time. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day out exploring.One of the coolest parts of the condo was the fun rock ’n’ roll theme. There were tons of signed guitars from different bands and musicians, which made the space feel really unique and memorable. They also had great games available, which made it extra fun for our family to hang out together.We highly recommend this place for your next getaway. We will definitely be back!

⸻We had the best stay at this rock ’n’ roll–themed condo! I’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals, and this one was definitely my favorite. It was super clean, had everything we needed, and the details were amazing.The host was so sweet and quick to respond—when I realized I needed to add Friday night, she made it so easy. We came with our teenage kids to visit our daughter at Texas State, and the location was perfect. The pool and Jacuzzi were really well kept, and the whole music theme just made it such a cool experience.There was something for everyone to enjoy, and we’ll definitely be back!

We had such a fantastic stay at this Rock-n-Roll themed condo right on the Guadalupe River! The location couldn’t be better—downtown New Braunfels is just steps away, so it was easy to enjoy all the restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and full of fun personality with its rock-n-roll décor, which really made it feel unique and memorable.We loved relaxing on the balcony with a great view —it made mornings with coffee and evenings with a drink extra special. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was thoughtfully set up to make the stay easy and enjoyable.Whether you’re floating the river, exploring Gruene, or just looking for a cool and relaxing getaway, this condo is the perfect spot. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

We also really enjoyed the rock and roll decor. Very cool! The free 1 hour float from Cypress Bend Park was easy and fun. It was very convenient to float back to the condo without having to get into a shuttle. The pool had nice shade and the hot tubs weren’t crowded. The condo was well stocked and the beds super comfortable. I appreciated the reserved parking spots.

We had an absolutely incredible stay! We loved the unique rock 'n' roll theme—all of the signed guitars made it feel like we were staying in the Hard Rock Hotel or a music museum in the absolute BEST kind of way. You can really tell the owners take immense pride in their property and genuinely care about their guests having a fantastic time. The beds were super comfortable, and we especially loved spending time at the riverside pool, which felt wonderfully private and peaceful. We had a great time, will definitely book here again, and will be recommending this spot to all of our friends and family. Thank you so much, Deanna and Anthony, for a wonderful stay!

Staying here was the best decision we made all summer. We booked to celebrate my daughter's 14th birthday by staying somewhere new and near the water. The decorations here were so amazing, we were in awe throughout the entire stay. We were happy to visit the balcony, which had a beautiful, clear view. The water was so much closer than expected, which was a major bonus. There were a ton of extras within the property that we were not expecting but really helped (seasoning, detergent, toothpaste, etc.) and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to heat up dinner both nights. The elevator was just steps away from the designated parking spot which also really helped unloading our luggage, groceries, and river gear. Property was extremely clean, not a bug or speck of dust in sight. We hope to return very soon!

Great property. Rented it for a weekend getaway with family and celebrate our granddaughter's birthday. The Rock & Roll theme is both enjoyable and educational. The amenities inside the property are a plus to include the elevator and the ones surrounding it ie the pool, the distance to the river and to Schlitterbahn make it very convenient. The host responded very quickly to a small glitch we had and it was corrected very quickly. That made me even more comfortable and confident that if anything major did arise the response would have been just as fast. Would highly recommend this property when thinking about staying in New Braunfels or going to Schlitterbahn you won't be disappointed.

We love this neighborhood as it is located on a serene area of the Guadalupe River and just minutes from the Comal River and Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and downtown New Braunfels. The historic district of Greune is only 10 minutes away. There is so much to see and do near this property.

The thought that went in to the rock-n-roll theme is amazing. The unit displays 17 signed guitars throughout. It has custom-built rock themed furniture and decorations. There are surprises around every corner. The living room and both bedrooms all come with huge 75" televisions. Also the view from the patio is so relaxing. You can see the Guadalupe River and swimming pool in the distance as well as a beautiful green space where you can watch the deer lounge about.
