2 bedroom townhome with 2 car garage with plenty of space. You are across the street from the beautiful sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Each bedroom has a king size bed, queen size pullout sofa, blow up queen, and all rooms have 48-inch Smart TV’s that you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and/or Amazon account. Kitchen is stocked with place settings for 8 and all you need to cook a meal. Beach buggy, chairs, towels, rolling cooler and umbrella provided! Just bring your sunglasses, sunscreen and bathing suits!

This luxe 2BR/2.5BA condo is located in the Indian Shores community in Seashells complex.
Interior highlights beach furnishings, two king suites, and three flat-screen TVs with Spectrum cable and WIFI. Find everything you need within a walk or short drive!

Detailed with beach furnishings and coastal decor, the living area offers a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 70-inch smart TV with Spectrum cable. Pick from the provided board and card games for a fun game night.

The well-equipped kitchen presents a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample room.
When dining you can extend the 4 top dining up to 6 with a built in leaf.

This condo sleeps six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
Two suites each provide a king-size bed, and a smart TV with Spectrum cable.

Private balcony furnished with a view of mangroves as you sit between the beach and intracoastal.

This was a lovely property. Conveniently located, nice pool and short walk to beach across the street. Modern kitchen, comfortable beds and good shower pressure. Spacious garage for parking and beach supplies. Overall, nice place.

Everything was perfect, the House was well equiped for a perfect vacation. We loved every minute of our stay at Indian Shores. Everything was Clean ,kitchen Had everything needed and more .

The condo worked out great for 2 couples. It was close to the beach, many restaurants and shops. Jason was very easy to work with.

Our family had a great time. The walk to the beach was very short. The kitchen was well stocked with spices. We loved having the washer and dryer available. The garage had plenty of toys and things to take to the beach for the kids. All in all, it was a great vacation and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Florida Escape!

Our stay at this Florida vacation home was absolutely fantastic! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach, trolley, and close to great restaurants and attractions.

Had a fun week.

Place was very clean and a good location. We especially enjoy the beach chairs and umbrellas and the wagon was very handy to haul everything.

Host was quick to respond when messaging. Clean upon arrival. Easy access to beach. Had sand toys, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and pull cart. Plenty of beach towels for a couple of days before doing laundry.

The townhouse a wonderful place to stay on our visit to Indian Shores. We enjoyed watching the manatees and dolphins while sitting on the dock each morning. Jason was quick to respond to any and all questions. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful property close to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We loved the location, just a few steps away from the beach. The owner was wonderful to work with and we could tell they put a lot of effort into their home. We would love to come back!

Excellent property

It was very clean and comfortable, the beds were wonderful and overall furnishings were quite comfy as well. Jason was in constant contact and check in was a breeze a great host

Great little beach getaway

This townhome was perfect for 2 couple traveling together, it’s rare to find 2 king bedrooms both with access to their own full bathrooms. Everything we needed for the beach was provided plus a cart and beach access was only a couple of minutes walk. The sunsets were beautiful and we were walking distance to a few eating places so just what we needed for a relaxing 3 night trip, thanks Jason.
