Lovely Stay Near Tampa

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The house is modern and included everything we needed. The pool was very nice on a very hot summer day. The board games and the game room were a nice touch. The location is great - 30 minutes to Tampa and less than 15 minutes to the beach and lots of restaurants. Hosts were friendly and communicative. We would definitely stay here again!

It may be helpful to list that the bedrooms do not have televisions. Other than this, the house was excellent! Clean, plenty of supplies, and great hosts.

We loved your house! It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a week stay! The pool was the best! Large, secluded and also very clean! As much as we loved going to the beach, we couldn’t wait to go home to the pool! Special thanks for all the bath towels and beach towels provided!

Fantastic stay with great amenities, exceptional hosts, and a perfect location—we would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, the home felt warm, welcoming, and cozy—just like being in our own home. The amenities were fantastic, especially the game room, pool, and other extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the time we booked until well after our visit ended. Their hospitality truly stood out and added to the overall experience. The location was also ideal, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and other amenities. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful two-night stay and absolutely loved this home! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the game room was such a fun bonus for our family. The house had everything we needed and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was also great, making it easy to get to the beach and nearby restaurants. Communication was smooth and the check-in process was simple. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We were very comfortable. The house was clean and modernized. Communication was excellent. Game room was a plus. Someone before us left table games in the drawers a mess so we didn’t get to use any of that. Everything was great Thank you

Everything was great at this property! Our whole family enjoyed our time there! The house was excellent especially the game room and pool were awesome for kids of all ages! The drive to the beach was shorter than expected. The hosts were very responsive to all communication.

We had a wonderful time, location of house was close to shopping, groceries and restaurants. Less than 10 mins for beaches! Property was clean, safe, and a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and out process and the owner was so quick to respond to messages. Would love to come back!

Most accommodating place we’ve ever stayed!

Great location! Super updated and clean! This place had all the amenities and even extras including a fully supplied kitchen, games, laundry supplies and so much more! Comfortable beds & bedding too. Pool & game room were a great bonus! Owners are very responsive & go out of their way to make sure your stay is incredible. Will absolutely stay here again next time we come to this part of Florida! Host is really on top of it! House is well stocked and super clean. Beds are comfortable. Place is well stocked, and even has a ton of beach stuff and a wagon to use. Pool is awesome, and heated in winter if you ask. Highly recommend this rental for your family trip!

Well-appointed home in a peaceful neighborhood near Tampa beaches.

We loved our stay in beautiful Tampa at the CoCo Cabana! The hosts were welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Check in and out was seamless and easy. The home is nicely decorated, clean and very well stocked with everything you need for a family vacation without the loud crowds at a hotel. The pool with palms as a backdrop was warm, inviting and very clean. Plenty of towels for a family and a large shaded area were pleasantly surprising. The only thing better than the private pool was the knockout game room. Laundry machines were welcomed as well with plenty of supplies on hand. If you're beach minded it's just a short drive to the sparkling white sands along the shore. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby as well. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. One of the best rentals we've been to over the years.

Beautiful and clean home. Great family friendly neighborhood. The pool is spacious & there were many pool toys available. We absolutely loved the game room as well. Great communication from owner when we had a question. Check out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this home & we will stay again.

Comfortable, Clean & Quiet

Our family of 6 enjoyed this home for 7 nights & wish we could stay longer. It is in a beautiful residential area with considerate neighbors. Restaurants were nearby as well as a grocery store and anything else you may need. The beach was just minutes away. We enjoyed board games, shuffleboard, basketball and even video games we played as children! We enjoyed the crystal clear pool & the lounges, the air conditioning, the comfy mattresses, having enough room for us all to eat together, the gorgeous kitchen and the auto lock feature on the main door kept us comfortable as well! Also enjoyed the beach chairs! Anything we needed was taken care of quickly and we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation. We recommend!

The perfect Florida getaway!

We had an incredible stay at the CoCo Cabana! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured—actually better. The home is spacious, bright, and thoughtfully set up for families. The backyard was the highlight for us. The heated pool was crystal clear, the lounge area was private and relaxing, and we spent most of our days floating, grilling, and soaking up the sun. It truly felt like our own little resort. The location is also ideal—just a short drive to the beach, great dining, and grocery stores. It made everything super convenient. Communication with the hosts was outstanding. Jack and Sydney checked in before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this was honestly one of the best. Already looking forward to coming back!

Best Vacation Rental! Best Vacation Ever!

The vacation rental was absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful, luxurious, well-kept and very clean. It was like staying at my own 5 star resort. The house has everything you need. A designer kitchen, it’s well decorated, has a magnificent pool lined with palm trees and lounge chairs, a jetted bathtub for soothing aching muscle's and all the amenities you can ask for. There’s also a game room with shuffleboard, foosball, basketball game and video games. That’s a super fun bonus! The location of this rental was ideal as well. It’s close to lots of restaurants as well as shopping. It’s a short drive to multiple award winning powder sand beaches that were just incredible. The location itself was also perfect for exploring everything that the Tampa area offers. I will be back! This was one of the most enjoyable vacations I’ve ever been on.
