Welcome to Fins, where luxury meets relaxation on the Emerald Coast. This beautifully designed two-story home offers comfort, style, and convenience—perfect for families and groups. Located just a short walk or golf cart ride from the white-sand beach, Fins puts you close to the Gulf, dining, and local attractions. Optional golf cart rental is available for an additional fee, making beach access and exploring the area even easier.

This property includes three dedicated parking spaces, providing ample room for vehicles. There is NO parking in the street or on the grass.

Please note that in keeping with our commitment to providing a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all our guests, pets are NOT allowed within this rental.

This house was perfect for a family vacation! Everyone had their own space to relax in. Great location, walking distance to the beach. Plan to stay again in the future.

From the time we booked until time to check out the experience was 1000/10 The host before we even got to the places was already welcoming communication was 1000/10 this is by far one of the most beautiful and amazing place that we have rent to far the location the place the host every was just amazing we will definitely coming back

This is our 3rd time stating in this exact location and every times it’s been nothing less than amazing. The property is clean and the host and quick to respond and very friendly.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The only problem we had was spotty WiFi in upstairs Master Bedroom. Will definitely be staying again (already booked).

Great Time Away

We loved the amenities this house has to offer! It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and accommodating! Great place for our weekend get away.

Yearly family vacation

This is the second year we have stayed at this property and plan on booking for next year as well. Perfect location, great neighborhood and within walking distance to the beach! We also enjoy the golfcart rides!! We have made many memories here with family!!

Exactly the trip we needed

The property is phenomenal. The property manager is very quick to respond. The beach is a short walk away. There is a lot to love about the place. From the moment we walked in, we knew it was going to be a good place to center our family vacation around. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach house.

Great Experience

Perfect house in a perfect location, literally 3 mins walk from beach access. The house had everything and the pool was amazing. We loved having the golf cart and everyone used it throughout our stay.

Clean and lovely

Wonderful, clean property. So comfortable and perfect for our needs. A couple of the streaming TVs were not working. Also the kitchen has tools and plenty of dishes but is completely bare of things like sugar or oil — just so you know to bring your own.

Don’t hesitate, book now!

10/10 would recommend booking this for your next family / friend vacation. Listing pictures don’t do the space justice. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and there was way more than enough space to be comfortable! Could definitely fit 6 adults and 6 kids comfortably. Pool is perfect for cooling off. Golf cart is perfect for scooting around town. Location is perfect for families, situated among Christian dorm housing, I was never concerned for riff raff.

Already planning to book for next summer!

This place is super accommodating and the host was more than helpful and quick to respond with any questions! We had 10 of us and there was more than enough space for all of us to stay. The beach is literally within walking distance. My girls’ 5,6,10 stayed in the pool nonstop. There’s tv’s in every single room and everything was organized nice and neatly for easy access. I would give this place a 100/100 if I could. We enjoyed our stay and are already trying to plan our trip back here next year!

EXCELLENT!! 5 star all the way!

We loved staying at this beach rental. It was so close to Pier Park we drove the golf cart there. Also, it’s extremely close to the beach. Just a few steps. We meet the owners. They are EXTREMELY nice and easy to work with. The private pool was wonderful and can be heated for a small fee. The house was very large. We had two families and there was plenty of room for another family. The location was great. Easy to get to lots of restaurants and even 30a. Extremely clean.

Phenomenal Condo

The Fins condo is absolutely beautiful, in a great location, and has all the essential items you need. We were a family of 11 & had plenty of space! We enjoyed how each room had king size beds as well as TVs. Access to the beach was convenient (easy to drive golf cart & park or 2-3 min walk). We loved having the golf cart to explore the area as well. The weather was colder during our Spring Break stay so it was a nice accommodation to have the heated pool. The pool was serviced while we were at the property & the pool guys were extremely friendly in making us aware of needing to wait 2 hours for the chemicals to dissolve before we got back in to swim. The host were great at answering all questions & responding in a quick manner. I highly recommend this condo & we will certainly book again.

Great place - loved it

The Fin's house was very nice. We loved the master on the main with all the kids room's upstairs. The king beds were the best! The house was very clean and the beds were very comfy. The mattresses are all protected with a plastic protector - which is understandable, but it needs to have another softer protector on top of that. The kitchen was great but very sparse. It did have everything we needed but for a large group it could use more plates, more cups, and more silverware. The pool is tiny but fit our needs perfectly. We asked them to heat it and that was wonderful. The golf cart was awesome. You really don't need it to get to the beach since the house is so close but we used it to travel down front beach road to go to the Carousel grocery store. It would be nice if the house supplied beach chairs. Most VRBO's that we have used had chairs. That was an additional expense (renting chairs).

Wonderful experience!

We recently stayed in the home with my family (6 adults & 5 children). The home was spacious, clean and worked out perfectly for our group. The home is just minutes away from the beach access and the golf cart was a huge help throughout the week. The neighborhood surrounding the house seems to be an older area and rebuilding is in process. Overall it was a quiet area and was close to restaurants and shops! Would definitely book this house again for future vacations.
