It's an amazing property with a really great view. Great location for doing all things in PCB. It's in a clean nice neighborhood and it was quiet even though it is super close to PCB attractions. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and we also enjoyed the grill out back. The pool was also amazing and allowed for a relaxing vacation. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Fantastic home and rental company

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year at this home. The home was great and the rental company always helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the pool. The only suggestion I have is trimming the little seeds from the back palm trees they hurt to walk on. Otherwise a lovely stay, thank you!

Fantastic Family spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blue swell was great with answering any questions that I had and the home was great. It was very clean and greeting bag was a nice touch. My daughter loved the pool and it was steps from minigolf and the beach.

A perfect getaway at the beach. Loved the pool and how close the beach was. A lot of things to walk to as well. House was beautiful and clean.

Our family had a blast! This place is the perfect getaway. We have a big family, and we didn't feel squished at all. The rooms are huge, super clean, and really welcoming. They had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen has tons of counter space, and the open layout is awesome for hanging out together. The real MVP, though, is the elevator. It makes getting between floors a breeze, especially after a long day at the beach. Both balconies have gorgeous views of the bay, perfect for sipping some tea or a glass of wine. We loved having our own private pool. It's really well-maintained, with plenty of spots to sunbathe or just enjoy breakfast overlooking the bay. The dock area is also great if you're into fishing.There is ample parking available, even for multiple vehicles. The beach is easily accessible on foot, even for families with young children. Additionally, there are numerous dining and shopping options within a comfortable walking distance, should you wish to take a leisurely stroll. I would highly recommend this location.

Excellent vacation rental! About a 5 minute walk to the public access point to the beach, house is beautiful, and kids had a ton of fun catching blue crabs off the dock.

House was clean and ready for our arrival. Balcony views over the lagoon were wonderful. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and utensils, cups, etc. Having the elevator was so nice to access all 3 levels with ease. Access to the beach was 3-4 minute away along with all the food options downtown.

Great home! Beautiful views, reasonable walk to beach. Home was very clean, very roomy and well stocked with all things needed. Would definitely stay again! Management company was very responsive to any concerns or needs, greatly appreciated.

Beautiful home and perfect for our family vacay. Very clean and close to beach. Pool was a little dirty but cleaned the following morning. Host responded promptly. Would highly recommend!

Spring Break Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay, everything was impeccable. Every room had it's own mini fridge along with the main kitchen fridge and the garage fridge. The elevator made things easy to take up to the 3rd floor where the main living/kitchen areas are located. This place had everything we needed to enjoy our family getaway. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Excellent trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been to this rental before for a golf trip and it does not disappoint. This time a new golfer came on the trip and he went on and on about how nice the house and location is. The house and setting can't be beat for the price, and I've already booked the house for our next golf trip in August. The elevator takes any concerns about going up and down the 3 levels away, and the Kitchen is very well laid out. And the primary Bedroom and Bath are very nice indeed. Blue Swell is very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend them and this house to anyone.

The house was beautiful and we loved the location. It was frustrating we had multiple issues that needed attention, however, Blue Swell was very responsive and helpful each time we called. We were able to enjoy time at the beach and the private pool at the house.
