❤ ❤ Welcome to a WalkScore® 80 and affordable place located near in Heritage Hills in OKC, just north of Midtown! Our place has unique taste and easy access to get in / out of the city. Our set-up can sleep up to 4 guests, includes central HVAC. The bathroom is located off the bedroom and includes tub/shower with soap, shampoo and towels. Our guest house is centrally located just blocks away within walking distance of Uptown and Broadway Ave. populated with many outdoor restaurants !

The space
Charming, cozy bungalow apartment in the beautiful Heritage Hills area. This is an older neighborhood, with historic properties. We are close to lots to do. As mentioned above, this is an older property, we are not fancy, but clean, safe and great location.

Didn’t even get to check in. Terrible experience. I booked this place about a month ago - Drove 5 hours to OKC from Central Texas to run the Memorial Marathon. Specifically chose this place due to the close walk in preparation of my 26.2 mile race. Host provided me with a lockbox code that was incorrect. Contacted host & she said that was the code she had on file. She then stated she would, “try to send someone out”. & that was the last thing I heard from her. Oh on top of that, she has not contacted vrbo to refund me my money (not a big surprise here, worst communicator of all time lol). No accommodation offered, had to sleep in my car. Please save yourself the headache and avoid this host at all costs. She has multiple listings so beware.

Picture of Midtown Court Plaza has nothing to do with the property. It is a single story building with 3 rooms to rent, and ours had a dumpster right by the door. There is a reason there isn't a picture of the exterior of the building. You might not book it. No smoking in the rental agreement, and that is the smell that hit us when we opened the door, old stale cigarette stench. The stove is so old I didn't risk using it and it should be in a museum. There is a ridge running through the bathroom and bedroom, where laying down to sleep our heads were below our feet and we had to prop our heads up with extra pillows. Spouse said it needs a little more love and care and it would be better. Rate was fine and the area itself is fine.

A bit of a dive

Dark, door by the dumpster and no place comfortable to sit. Even the adjustable couch got uncomfortable after a short time. Floors uneven. Feels like a motel from the ‘50s but with two window AC units added. Also who has coins to use the washer dryer these days? But the geographic location is good

good place to crash

It appeared to be an old 1 level apartment building with about 5 units on the same side as the rental. Parking next to the unit is really tight, a suburban would be best parked on the low volume street. Is a good place to sleep and is in a very nice neighborhood so was not worried about my car outside. Access to highway was about 2 minutes away so getting out to go to places around OKC was very convenient.

Loved every part of it!

The location is close to all the necessities! Super cute clean space with a awesome kitchen & living room area. Definitely fit all my needs and exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would stay again if I ever visit OKC!
