❤ 🗲 Welcome to a walkable and quaint place located near Downtown! Thank you for being our guest. Our place is cute with a historical touch, great access to get in & out of the city. The queen bed sleeps 2 comfortably and the couch sleeps 1 in the living room (central HVAC). The bathroom includes a tub / shower with soap, shampoo and towels. Nicely located just blocks away from Midtown and several attractions where you can pick from many local restaurants and events! 🗲❤

This building is a historically renovated project that took 14 months.

Parking is off Francis Ave. not in the common parking area.

It’s was a great place for a overnight trip! A little smaller than the pictures make it seem but overall a great place to stay!

Great location

Only thing I didn't realize was it was only one bedroom and a pull out sofa but besides that amazing location and detailed directions for check in.

Clean and Convenient

Great little property. Historic charm with Modern finishes.Ample hot water and quality linens. Only complaints are very squeaky box spring and low water pressure in bathroom sink. Near great restaurants.Stella Italian is a must. We stayed for OU parent's weekend. About a 25 min drive from Norman. Def will revisit.

Cute Apartment downstairs

The property was very nice, newly renovated building and very close to downtown and several stores. The apartment was inside a very large building, locked and secured, and was located downstairs. The apartment was clean and had heating and air conditioning. Parking was free and right outside the building. We made a few housekeeping suggestions regarding items needed in the apartment and the owner seemed to be receptive to providing those for the next tenants.

All you can ask Quaint getaway.

This property is all one could ask for in a great location. Perfect setting for a work, getaway or small family visiting OKC. Central location that is about 15 to 20 minutes from anything you want to visit. Within walking distance to several great local restaurants, coffee shops, bars. We came for the Womens college softball World Series and couldn't have been happier.

Midtown apartment

The apartment was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated with a rustic, homey feel. I only wished for linens for the futon and maybe another towel and washcloth. We had 3 towels and 2 washcloths. The apartment was also very quiet.

Weekend Getaway

Property was as described, very good location, easy to walk around area. Plenty to do near and walking distance to down town. Recommend location

Weird rules and some issues

The rule list is extremely overbearing and unreasonable. For example, one of the rules is that you must shower everytime before you can sit or lay on the bed. This was a very strange rule in my opinion. The microwave was broken, there was no cooking utensils, and there was no extra trash bags or anything yet require you to change the trash yourself. For the sheer textbook sized rulebook, you would think it was a 5 star hotel. The place was nice enough for a place to sleep and was clean, but overall I would not book again.
