Siting in a unique position in the resort with serene unobstructed views across the central lake and fountain to the main clubhouse lying beyond , this apartment with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms ,boasts 1304 sqf.two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sofa in the living room that opens into a queen - sized bed; each room comes with it's own wide screen TV with included cable channels to enjoy different programing.Perfect for vacationers with children , this villa includes a crb and a highchair for handicap and has two full bathrooms. Villa also contains a large and fully-equipped kitchen with all majorappliances and includes crockery cookware,utensils and glassware so you can stay and have family meal indoor or on porch, dining area. As a bonus this is a wounderfull choice for wildlife lovers due to direct proximity to the resort nature trails , central lakes and to the Tradewinds Restaurant and pool area ( 2 min. walk) which is nestled on the shore of Lake Davenport with a beautiful jetty stretching into the lake for sunbathing and fishing.
Bahama Bay is a security gated resort that hosts a variety of activities including nature trails , tennis , basketball , table tennis , pool tables, beach volleyball, fishing, 4 pool heated /hot tubs, white sand beach , kids splash pad and pool, day spa.
The Resort is located south of the Disney parks within 13 miles away.
Various grocery stores and restaurants are 2-3 miles away providing many shopping and dining options.
Very close to toll roads and highways.
Paring Notes: Outdoor free parking , Motorcycles allowed , may not be on trailer. Boats, trailers of any kind, RV's and jet skis are Prohibited !
Pets are not allowed.
Each room comes with it's own wide screen TV with included cable channels. Villa is at the ground floor.Perfect for vacationers with children , this villa has a lake & fountain view and has two full bathrooms.
Bahama Bay is a security gated resort that hosts a variety of activities including nature trails , tennis , basketball ,table. tennis. free parking. Pets are not allowed. Please do not leave garbage inside the house after checking out please leave it clean.
Check in is at 4Pm , check out is at 10am.
If you leave later than 10am , you will be charged for extra one day !!!Thank you very much.

Great resort

We have stayed at Bahama Bay 3 times in the past 4 years and really love the resort and all its amenities. The condo is very comfortable and large enough for my husband and I annd even if we had 3 more people. Our overall experience was good. The location of this unit is fantastic. Close to the tradewinds pool and beach area and clubhouse pool area. And close enough to all the Disney and universal parks Overall it was a very nice place.

Wonderful home

We loved everything about this property. It was clean, quiet, and in a wonderful resort. Check in was a snap and everyone at the resort was friendly and helpful. The condo is large, very clean and well appointed for even a long stay. We strongly recommend and look forward to another visit.

Overall nice Villa-loved the neighborhood and the property had everything all in one- Enjoyed the stay, the view was immaculate and definitely will be returning!

Beautiful view, very quiet!

We loved this condo. Everything was right at hand on one level. The main bedroom was comfortable and had all you would want with a gigantic tub which we all used frequently. The porch view is so pretty and was set up so you can eat, read or view without problems. The second bedroom is nice because the bathroom is attached for easy entry. We had minor issues upon arrival but the owners were quick to respond and attentive to the problem. The privacy was awesome and the whole unit is quiet. The parks are easy to reach quickly because the back roads miss the main traffic. There is a restaurant on site if you don't want to leave the property. We loved our stay!
