ENHANCED CLEANING AND SANITIZATION

Located in the gorgeous Rivergrass development, this 2 storey condominium is over 1100sqft in size offering ample room for your getaway. With beautiful views of Blue Mountain and Monterra Golf Course, you are sure to find your stay relaxing. The condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and all rentals include free, unlimited wifi as well as linens and towels.

The condo is a true 'home away from home' offering a spacious seating/dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. There is also a full/double pull-out couch in the sitting area for slightly larger groups/families. There is also a balcony with views of the golf course where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink.

The use of personal/portable BBQ's on the balcony is strictly prohibited.

The location is perfect for skiing and it’s only a 10 minute walk to the village. The condo is big and really clean. A beautiful view of the slopes.

Great locations and space!

The property was a 5 minute walk to the Village making it a great location. The space was clean and had everything we needed for our girls getaway.

Very nice location (near Blue Montain Village and surrounded by beautiful golf courses). Pool and spa area were clear and not too crowded. The condo had everything needed. But the place was not especially clean and there were a lot (really a lot!!) of spiders. Mostly outside, but some inside too.

Very comfortable place with nice rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and social area. Communication with property management was excellent and quick. Nice place to spend a few days.

Overall property was excellent. I woild suggest leaving more paper towels and toilet paper. We were there for 4 nights and ran close to out of toilet paper, and all the way out of paper towel. Otherwise an excellent stay

Very comfortable

The property is super spacious and comfortable, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay a lot. It has a super convenient location, wich was great the resort's parking lot was always full. The only thing is that the fridge and freezer were not enough enev at the lowest temperature, so the food we bought went bad. But other than that it is a great place!

Location & Accomadation

I had a great stay with family & friends A great location surrounded with beautiful golf courses and from front view of ski mountains. Walking distance to the ski village , shops & restaurants. Very clean & adequate space for a party of 8. Fully loaded with linen, cleaning supplies & cooking utensils. Overall a beautiful condo with a large master bedroom upstairs. I will recommend this property to anyone who wants to rent it without no doubts.

Girls’ Fall Getaway

The online photos, description, and location were all exactly as described. We were pleased to have use of the 10 person outdoor hot tub. This unit overlooks the mountains, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony late afternoon to watch the sun go down. All the basics were provided; dishes, cutlery, linens etc. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to come back to the exact same spot next year. (The only one small glitch was that the lower dishwasher rack seemed to have an issue and was difficult to pull in and put back.)

Great for what we needed

The bedrooms were a perfect combination for what we needed. The lighting in the living room could have been brighter. Everything else was fine. I would book here again.

Great ski weekend

More spacious than we imagined. Good kitchen that is well equipped. Can walk to the village if you are up for about a 15 minute brisk walk. Ask for access to the website to book the hot tub and book it as soon as you can. We didn’t have that info and by the time we figured it out everything was fully booked. All in all a fun and relaxing stay.

Beau site à proximité de la station de ski Blue Mountain. Accès facile. Toutes les commodités. Fournitures en quantité suffisante. A noter que si vous êtes 3 couples comme nous, une des chambres a deux lits simples. Nous avons eu un agréable séjour.

The place was very spacious. Nice open concept. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you need to cook. The little balcony overlooks a pond. You can see the hills from one of the bedrooms. Nice view. Lots of parking and close to the village. It had great streaming services so we could watch movies.
