Reconnect with nature in Treetop Tranquility, a pet friendly and uniquely designed cabin in the Great Smoky Mountains. This Pigeon Forge cabin offers 4 cozy bedrooms, 4 convenient bathrooms, and space to sleep up to 13 guests. Plan a fun family vacation or a weekend with friends where you can play games, soak in the hot tub outside, or whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

The cozy living room has a flatscreen TV and fireplace, along with seasonal mountain views through the large windows! The bunk room boasts a pool table, and the bathrooms have unique stone and tile features. The outdoor spaces are especially peaceful and fun, with a large hot tub, lots of Adirondack chairs, a grill, views, and grass where you can spread out a blanket for a picnic.

You'll also have a wet bar, easy access to restaurants and fun downtown, board games, TVs in the bedrooms, a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, 3 king beds, 1 twin-over-full bunk bed, 2 sleeper sofas, keyless entry (self check-in), and holiday decorations during Christmas!

Suggestions

Our stay was great. Thank you for hosting us in your vacation rental. A few suggestions * leave extra paper products *cleaner stand up shower and copper sink * deck needs some repairs

Beautiful Cabin and beautiful views

We all loved the cabin and the views. The only complaint we have is; not enough towels and no laundry detergent to clean the ones we had. It would also be nice to have a few throw rugs on the floor of the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. The floor is extremely cold.

This could be a GREAT cabin!

This cabin is well-built with a good set-up, convenient location, pretty clean, and good quality furniture/amenities. The steep driveway is something to get used to, but a lack of serious maintenance made our experience MUCH less than it could have been with this property. Two LARGE (3') potholes made the VERY steep driveway difficult to traverse and caused gravel to accumulate making it impossible to maintain the speed necessary to safely get up to the top of the driveway. The 40+ popped/broken tiles inside the house were a constant annoyance. No grout caused the popped tiles and must be corrected before renting! Recommend removing the carpet in the den and on the stairs. Still had a slight urine smell from previous pets and was somewhat sticky from cleaning. A completely collapsed retaining wall behind the house made walking to the fire pit and hot tub hazardous. I spent two hours defrosting the completely iced up mini-fridge so that my daughter could store her food downstairs - defrosting should be done one or two times a year as a matter of course. The lack of a bear proof trash can contributed to past renters throwing trash behind the now collapsed retaining wall and likely contributed to the bear visit each morning from the fire pit to the carport onto the deck, on top of the cars and back into the woods (exciting to watch but concerning!). We stacked our trash in the laundry room sink until we called to have it picked up - which was done quickly (great service for that!). The first day, I had been in the carport just minutes before the bear came into the carport. A warning on the fridge would be a good safety measure. There was a large piece of broken glass in the entertainment center - a danger to our pets and small children. Anyone dusting the cabinet should have noticed that 1/4 of the glass was missing. Small things - like broken blinds in the living room and laundry room, a broken electrical outlet cover on the carport, and missing TV remote are things that I might expect. But, no one responded to my e-mail concerning even these small things. The last review mentioned some of these things, but I was already committed and past refund date. I e-mailed the rep a week before our stay to see if repairs had been made with no response. To be fair, broken stairs had been fixed since the last review. We really enjoyed this visit with our entire family and pets, but the maintenance issues were impossible to overlook.

Don't waste your money

At check in code did not work, had to be on hold to get somebody to talk to. The A/C stopped working and it took the property representative 8 hours to get someone out there. Was asked to empty trash at the end of the stay into the bear-proof containers, but couldn't do that because they were under lock and key. They have an ant problem in the kitchen. Half the ceiling fans didn't work properly. Access to the hot tub was a disaster. Would like a partial refund on our stay.

Mostly Terrible!

Google Maps did not recognize the address and it was difficult to find. We passed the turn off twice. When we got there, the driveway was so steep and there was a HUGE hole that made it difficult to climb even in four wheel drive. One evening it was raining and our vehicle got stuck in that hole. The tires just kept spinning. After getting stuck, some of our family had anxiety about leaving to enjoy the area. We were all worried we’d get stuck again. My sister in law is handicapped so that’s the reason we picked this rental. It is very misleading. There is NO WAY I’d classify this home as handicap accessible. There isn’t even a ramp to the main floor. Just luckily there were a couple boards laying around and we used them to get her wheelchair inside. There are broken steps on the outside to the campfire/hottub area. On the other side, there was a mountain slide so it was a tight fit for our walking people. My sister in law wasn’t able to access the campfire/hottub area at all. The “handicap” shower is not handicap accessible because there was a step up into it. Not to mention the odd way the shower curtain was hung. My father in law hit his head coming out. He’s only like 5’8. In the downstairs area, the shower curtains were dirty and also the minifridge was dirty so we just didn’t use it. The only pleasant things about this cabin was the large table for gathering, the large pantry for storing food, and the beds were nice. So in summary, the high cost and misleading description of this rental left us disappointed and disgusted. We will not rent this cabin again. You should consider changing the description and the price.

Would not recommend staying at this home or renting from Cabins for You! Terible Customer Service

Please Read before giving this company tour CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!! We just arrived at our cabin last night well after dark. I wanted to report several items that need maintenance in this cabin. The huge pothole needs to be repaired in the driveway. We had a difficult time navigating around it making it almost impossible. Need large 4x4 truck to use the driveway! The tile floors are extremely loose and cracked. With almost every step the tiles shift or pop up. It is extremely annoying to walk on that many loose tiles. There’s no way to walk quietly in the morning. The tiles are coming of the floor and some are trip hazards. Someone dumped 20 beer bottles behind the retaining wall. They also left all their beer bottle tops, coke can and lighter fluid can at the fire pit. The hot tub cover is sinking in in the middle and the Hot Tub will not maintain temperature above 85 because the cover is not fitting to the Hot tub. The filter is laying in the yard and trash and debris is floating in the water. The jets do not work when pressing the on button. Basically the Hot tub IS UNUSABLE!!! The decking/walkway down from hot tub has a rotten hole with screws visible. You will fall through if stepped on. There is a broken door handle on guest bedroom closet. There is a broken pool stick hanging on wall at pool table. There are two big beautiful windows in main living area but one window shade does not have a pull string and cannot be lifted to enjoy the view. The rug in main living area does not appear to have been vacuumed. There is dog hair from previous dog that can be seen on rug. Dead ladybugs and others covered the mantle above the fireplace! Both pillow cases on downstairs king size bed were visibly dirty with multiple hairs on both pillows. The pillow cases were tuned inside out as well on that bed which seemed odd. Had to make a trip to Walmart to purchase pillows, pillowcases, sheets and blankets after arriving because the ones provided were nasty and we refused to sleep in them, We tried to use the “check in” APP, It don't work We made management aware of all the issues the following morning after arriving late after a day of travel by email and phone call. NO ONE ever called or came out to property to fix! Called again on Saturday when checking out to inquire why one one had responded. After speaking with management 3 days after check out we were told NO DISCOUNTS OR REFUNDS GIVEN! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
