House location to the Riverbank Zoo was great. The front yard was really nice flat easy area to play with the kids and the Entertainment room was perfect as it was away from the bedrooms when young kids went to sleep.

We had an excellent stay! Beautiful property lots of games to play and plenty of room for larger groups definitely worth staying at again for all the amenities and room to spread out

The place was perfect for our needs and the hosts were very communicative. Loved the neighborhood and even had a lovely Sunday service at the local Baptist church. We would absolutely stay here again. Perfect for family gatherings.

We stayed here for 3 days for my brothers basic training graduation! We loved how close it was to base. Our 4 children and thier cousins loved the game room. With separation for grandpa to be able to sleep in the bedroom while the kids played and watched movies. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, and play. Kitchen was stocked with basic seasonings, dishes and cups for everyone. We really appreciate our stay!! Thank you Trevor for your hospitality and communication!

The inside of the house was lovely! Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the ping pong table and game room. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Spacious comfortable home

The house is much bigger than it looks from the front! Big, comfortable bedrooms. The layout allows for areas to congregate as well as space to be alone!

This is our second year at the house. We've celebrated our granddaughters High School graduation. We have one more to go will go and return next year to the same house.

There were issues with our stay. Our biggest issues were cleanliness and nails sticking up out of the floor. Some pictures are outdated. The tub now has a sliding glass door instead of a curtain making it difficult to bathe young children. The table on the back deck is significantly more weathered than the pictures as well.Linens and towels were stocked and clean. Hand soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided. No dish soap. The counters, table, and floors were not clean. Our white socks were not longer white on the bottoms, there was something sticky smeared on the floor around the whole island that we had to clean. We couldn’t find the swiffer or mop so it was cleaned by hand. There are nails poking out of the kitchen floor that hurt and tore our socks. On top of not mopping, it didn’t look like anyone vacuumed either. Of what we could see, there was a toenail, hair, and hair tie on the rug in the bedroom. There are hair clips under the bunk beds.The bath mat for the tub needs to be replaced. It has pink mildew/mold all over it and left my hands stinky after touching it to move it out of the way.Two of the three bedroom doors wouldn’t close. We were able to screw the hinges back in for one of the doors. The other didn’t line up correctly and couldn’t be fixed. Cabinet doors were falling off that we screwed back in. Both toilet seats were loose.

Very nice stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There were six adults staying in the three bedroom home. The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The interior of the home was exactly as advertised and very clean and had all amenities as advertised. It had all the kitchen utensils that we needed to make our breakfast and lunch. We ate dinner out. Trevor answered any/all questions/concerns in a very timely manner. The outside of the house could have been cleaned up a bit, but it was early spring so we just accepted the fact that maybe they hadn't been able to get to it yet. If the outside of the home was cleaned up, I would have given the property 5 stars. Overall, it was very nice and I would certainly consider staying there again if the need arises. Thank you, Trevor!

This rental was great for what we needed it for. We came to the area to stay for a graduation at Fort Jackson, which was conveniently only15 minutes away from the home. The layout of the house was great for our family and the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and game room were quite clean! The kitchen amenities are basic, you have what you need there. The kitchen sink water pressure was very low and made it challenging to clean dishes and there was no sponge left for us, so that wasn't ideal, thankfully we had a short stay. There were some things that we texted the owner about: lights for the game room fans were not working and the outlets in the bunk room stopped working and Trevor replied quickly. The problem was not resolved but he did correspond with us. We did end up figuring out one of the fans in the game room, but at least one bulb was out in the fixture that did work. Overall, the stay was fine.
