Amazing stay. Quiet neighborhood but immediately adjacent to tons of bustling activity, not to mention walking distance to the beach. Highly recommend!

We were only there for a couple days but it was perfect for our stay. It was a quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops, and the neighborhood is super cute. They had plenty of space, comfortable beds, lots of towels - everything we needed was there. I always worry that something I need won’t be in the kitchen at a VRBO but this one was stocked (I needed a cheese grater this time and it was there!). They also had a coffee maker, a Keurig, and a tea kettle so I was all set in the caffeine department. Most importantly for us, unlike many spots in Mission Beach or Pacific Beach, their driveway was big enough for our Suburban to park with no problems. It was nice for our teenager to get away to the separate house. He was on a futon there during our down time and perfectly content. Definitely would stay there again!

Lovely house, great location

Wonderful home. Very clean. Comfy beds and the sunroom/office gave our teens a space of their own. Was great to be able to walk to the beach and to all of the Mission Avenue shops snd restaurants.

Beautiful PB Beach House

Our family of 5 stayed in this house for a week. It had everything we needed from a fully stocked clean kitchen to beach toys and boogie boards for the kids. Rita is so wonderful, kept in contact and always answered questions right away. The bonus room is a nice bonus - our kids loved having a little separate space to hang out. Thank you!

Perfect place for a family vacation

From the moment I considered this rental to the last day we were there Rita was friendly and reliable about ensuring us a worry free vacation.The house has great access to the beach and all our favorite cafes and restaurants. We walked to a different cafe every morning searching for the best coffees and pastries Two nice bathrooms. enough towels and linens for 6 guests, a handy ice chest, and mats and towels for the beach. Fun and efficient outdoor shower with hot water! A nice clean barbecue grill and a large table for outdoor dining. Never got to use the fire pit but appreciated the load of wood waiting for us. All in all a very nice cozy beach house. The separate office space was perfect for two adults and an infant and for the one person who needed to work remotely for a couple of days.We'd stay again. Thank you Rita!

Rita’s house was perfect for our family. The house was just the right size for our group, especially with the bonus room in the back.The house was cozy and very clean. . There were many food options minutes walking distance. The beach was two blocks away. The house comes with sand toys for the kids and beach towels and chairs for the adults.All in all, Rita’s house was the right choice for us!Thank you Rita

Great place to stay and only 2 blocks from the beach. Or kids used the boogie boards and surfboards the whole trip. The outside area was great for entertaining and the location couldn't have been better. Host responded to all messages quickly. We will be renting this house again in the future

Relaxing experience!!

It’s a cute, clean, tastefully decorated house close to beach and all other amenities, restaurants. It was very relaxing experience for us. Owner put some milk, eggs and bread in the fridge as well as we reached late. There is outside warm shower and cute beachy backyard that we enjoyed. We are thinking of renting the same property when we visit again.
