We had a great vacation in Mission Beach. This property is clean, spacious and set up perfectly for our group of 6. It was stocked with all the basic essentials. The second floor balcony was cozy and offered a view of the bay. The first floor patio offered a great night by the fire pit and a bbq dinner. A very short and safe walk to the beach where we went daily. It was so nice to have safe parking and we fit our rented 7 passenger vehicle in the garage. Close to amenities, shopping, restaurants and Belmont Park. As lively an area it is, inside was quiet and very comfortable. A/C worked perfectly. Tons of closet space. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Thank you very much, we’d love to be back again!

The location was perfect. Close walk to Belmont Park and the beach. The house was very clean and had all the beach toys and chairs you need for a day at the beach. Communication with the rental company was exceptional and they got back to me very efficiently.

We had a great time in Mission beach. The house was beautiful, 2 patios, large rooms, perfect for us and our children. It's within walking distance to the beach and close enough to run back if you forgot something. All the beach toys you could want, great for kids, the wagon and backpack chairs were very helpful, to cart everything we wanted, the bikes were fun! The management staff was super responsive and helpful.

Beautiful place in a great location!

The check-in process was easy. The location of the property was great as we were so close to both the bay and the beach. We had a great time!

location was great with both the beach and the bay 5 mins walk away. The house itself was comfortable, clean and upgraded. We went in December and really enjoyed the fire pit outside. Host was very easy to get hold off and the communication and response was great.

We enjoyed our stay. We even added an extra night. The property was well stocked so that we could make our breakfast and do cooking at the house. There were plenty of sand chairs and umbrellas as well as beach toys provided. The communication with the host was fantastic. We tried to turn on the propane tank to run the fire pit and there wasn’t any. We contacted the host and within one hour they had replaced it. We also had a slow drain in one of the bathroom sinks. We contacted the host and again within one hour it was fixed.The location was perfect. It was a nice street and just an enjoyable house to sit outside and relax at. I would say we could have used more towels and washcloths. They only provided a bare minimum amount. I went and purchased laundry detergent to wash them so we had a clean towel on day two. Parking is provided in a garage. It is noted that it is small but just a heads up, it is very narrow and the turning radius to get into it was very tough. It will only fit a small car. We had a regular family van and it would not fit and we could not make the turn into the garage. We had to park at Mission Bay Beach parking the whole time we were there. We did have a second car which was a Subaru. That was able to go into the garage, but it was extremely tight and once again, very hard to turn to navigate to get into the garage.Overall, excellent! Would definitely stay there again.

Loved our stay! The property was exactly as described—super clean and well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to the bay, beach and Belmont Park. The porch was a perfect spot to unwind after a day out. NXT management was communicative and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Everything was amazing. Ots in a perfect location! It is steps from the bay and a 2 min walk straight to the beach. Lots of beach chairs, paddle boards, beach toys and a wagon to bring everything in. The house was clean and equipped with anything you needed. Beds were comfortable. If you needed anything the response back time was immediate. Easy to get into and access to garage was easy too. I will say anything larger than a mid-size suv wouldn't fit in the garage. Just FYI. We would definitely stay here again. The double patios were soo nice too. You had sun and shade at all times. The only draw back was someone rented the top story out and they were louder at night and early morning but it wasn't every night and I wouldn't stop us from staying here again. Definitely book the place. You will have an amazing time!

Weekend get away

Beautiful place. Our kids loved staying here and had a great time. Love the outdoor spaces to relax at the home. Easy walk to the bay and the beach. Great communication from the host.

Wonderful property on Mission Bay

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful townhome on Mission Bay. The appliances were are new and wonderful to use. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. We loved the balcony and the patio with the fire pit for hanging out and enjoying the weather.

We had a great time at this rental. It was the perfect size for 4 adults & 2 teenage boys. The communication with the property managers was easy & they were very responsive. We would stay here again. The location was awesome too! Close to the bay but also close to the beach.

Yes the host/management company were very welcoming and were very responsive....the property was as advertised....very new with all the amenities one could as for as well as being strategically located close to Mission Bay, Belmont Park and the Ocean with miles of boardwalks to walk and ride bikes. The street is very quiet in a busy neighborhood and very family friendly and the two car garage and 3 full bathrooms are a nice plus with friends and family stoppig by for visits. Highly reccommend.

The property manager was excellent with communication. We had a few minor issues at check in and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Responses were received within minutes. The property is beautiful and just as described. The patio was gated and worked well to keep our young children safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Yes host was welcoming. Garage is difficult to enter due to angle of alleyway. A couple dust bunnies in hallway. I strongly suggest a gate at the top of the stairs. It was dangerous for my elderly father and out if the question if I had small children. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Warning before you rent this townhouse. The listing does not mention a very important detail. This is a two-story townhouse, but there is ANOTHER UNIT ABOVE IT!!! We spent our entire vacation listening to the people above us stomp, run, and blast music. It is not buffered or quiet in any way. If you want peaceful sleep or privacy, this is not the rental for you. If you value well-stocked rentals, this is another disappointing detail. We had nothing. No hand soap. No dish soap. No kitchen supplies (saran wrap, tinfoil, etc.) The propane tanks were empty. On the second day, the rental company finally dropped off dish soap and a sponge but we never got propane for the fire pit. :-(

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my son’s 22nd bday. Close to beach and bay with shops all around and Belmont park. Very clean, had all essentials even 2 bikes.Had issues with the Internet, but Alessandro was on it ASAP. He had to call somebody else to come in, but by that evening was all taken care of. Wonderful service, definitely recommend! Thank you for a great day, will definitely return.
