Great little place in the Hub of Hesperia. Next to the Hesperia dam on the White River( with view if 6'), excellent fishing. There is a Bar/Restaurant next door and a Grocery store across the street. Revitalizing our little town, one room at a time. This is an upstairs unit. Come visit. Let us know how we are doing.Thanks The Hunts

Comfy Stay

This was the perfect place to relax while I was in the area for work. The host is very nice and timely with any communications I had. Walking distance from just about anything you'd need for a longer visit, with a bar/restaurant next door as an added bonus!

We really like how well put together and up to date everything was, the bed was really comfortable and the shower was amazing and big! Definitely stay here again

Getaway

Very cute accommodations; perfect for our weekend stay of golf. Spent some time at restaurant/bar next door and met some friendly locals. Definitely would come back.

Great Room

The room was very nice! The key pad made for easy check in. This is a great Airbnb for the area. The location is conveniently located by the river and the grocery store. The balcony was extremely nice to enjoy the evenings. I would highly recommend to anyone that would like to visit the area!

Perfect Location

This is a great spot, convention location to get to so many different attractions. Ample furniture to relax, fridge worked great, coffee machine looked clean and stocked (we don't drink coffee, so didn't try it). Plenty of parking; no wheelchair access since this has stairs;; balcony was nice too relax outside in the evenings.

Cute place/ difficult host

The studio is cute. The sheets are cheap and scratchy and the mattress cover is hot. Overlooking parking lots, not the dam or river.

4th time at this property

Really enjoy staying at this property when I head to the area for fishing trips. Very quiet little town with the river, grocery store and a restaurant all in walking distance. The room is very clean and well decorated and the bathroom is very nice. I love unwinding on the porch in the evening or having a cup of coffee out there in the morning. Usually very quiet but I’ll probably bring ear plugs in the future. The way the room is situated the bed shares a wall with the stairs to access the two units so anytime someone comes or goes it is very audible. I will say I’ve never heard anyone come or go 3 out of 4 times I’ve stayed here but this last time I was up about 3 times in the night due to hearing the entry door shut and footsteps up the stairs.

Accusations and punishments.

It could’ve been a comfortable stay had the host not accused us of bleeding on the sheets. Host stated that blood was found on the sheets after being dried therefore those sheets would continue to be used for the remainder of our stay, which was weeks. Considering he stated that they didn’t notice the blood until after it came out of the dryer. So, you deduct that the blood you speak of can only have come from your guests? For all we know that could have been the blood of a person cleaning the room, washing the laundry etc. Very rude and degrading to suggest that we have to be punished by sleeping on your bloody sheets.

Overlooking a parking lot/ not river or dam.

Plastic cover on mattress is very hot and also noisy. Any movement causes noise from this cover. Host informed me via email he would charge me for the mattress if I took the cover off again. Before booking and paying for seven weeks to stay at this location, the host and I agreed on a price of $70 a day vs. $85 a day. Once, I payed in full, I was informed that he would refund back the $75.00 difference after each week stayed. After prompting, he refunded the appropriate amount owed for week one and two. But, the last two weeks have yet to be refunded. VRBO customer service has been informed and has not been helpful resolving this matter. I have communicated with the host who has also not resolved this matter.

Real nice place, close to everything and fifteen min. from pines point. Only problem was the overpowering smell of fabric softener on the pillows. But we will be staying there again soon.

Perfect 4th of July getaway

The hosts were very communicative and accommodating throughout our stay, especially given the holiday week. We also had access to a prime viewing spot for the fireworks show!We will absolutely be back!
