This is our second stay and once again we couldn’t have been happier. The cabin was perfect for a quiet winter getaway. We made an easy day trip to Saranac Lake & Lake Placid. Enjoyed a meal at the Adirondack Hotel and stayed in one night to cook a meal. Our hosts were wonderful, the cabin spotless and the setting was extremely quiet!

A great location for a long weekend. The property was family/ pet friendly and extremely clean. Our cabin was exactly as advertised, spacious and set up nicely for meal preparation. Everything in Long Lake is within walking distance. Blue Mtn., Tupper Lake, Saranac, Lake Placid were also close enough for day trips- museums, hiking, biking, running etc…Couldn’t be happier with our experience!

It was difficult to find the place in the dark, but the host promptly answered my phone call to assist me. The place was clean and comfortable. We did leave early the next morning so didn’t get to enjoy the place, including the screened in porch.

Hideaway

This property was a great way to get away from every day life and hideaway. Fireplace was amazing to use in the rainy weather. There's a stewarts and diner down the road for food. Overall good experience. I do wish it was specified on VRBO that the pet fee is per pet, not just an overall fee which is how I interpreted it.

Perfect Snowshoeing Retreat

The cabin was very comfortable and properly appointed with amenities. The location was perfect for us to use as home base for snowshoeing in the Long Lake area, as it was a little more out of the Old Forge snowmobiling craziness, while still providing sufficient other resources. The hosts were very friendly and attentive to any requests or needs, while also very careful to respect our privacy. Days were spent on a different wilderness trail each day and a wonderful fire in the fireplace each night. We are already planning our next stay at this same location!

Cozy cabin

Finding an anniversary escape during COVID was a challenge, but this motel and cabin were perfect in every way. We’re looking forward to returning next year!

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful time on this property it was easy to get to, clean and wonderfully furnished. There is so much to do in this little town and we will be coming back again in the future.
