Eat, pray and fall in love with historic Northeast Mpls and its beautiful ethnicity, all from the comfort of one of its original homes. Built in 1906, "the 402" is a beautiful Victorian duplex that bursts with local folklore and history throughout. You'll love the old-school attention to detail, including its amazing woodwork throughout, spacious rooms with 10ft ceilings, stained glass windows and hardwood floors.

Tucked in the heart of the city, you'll find this amazing outdoor oasis, yours to enjoy! Plenty of comfortable seating on the patio, in front of a warm fire or around the bar -- framed by two custom murals that celebrate the neighborhood. The private, fully enclosed backyard is yours to enjoy.

Enjoy a walk or bike ride to visit any of the long-established bars, restaurants and churches throughout the area. Or visit the local grocery store or farmer's market (seasonally) 3 blocks away and prepare your own feast to be enjoyed in your private backyard oasis.

This was a great property and I enjoyed how stocked the home is. Its really a place you can just bring your personal items to, and be comfortable staying at as if it’s your own home.

Great stay!! Highly recommend this Vrbo. Great communication, great amenities, clean space, beautiful house, wonderful backyard space. Safe location and easy walk to lots of restaurants, bars, and river walks. I would not hesitate to return to this spot. Loved it!!

Beautiful vintage home in the Arts District! The fenced-in yard is VERY spacious and provided an urban oasis for us to share with our rescue pups as we visited Minneapolis for an event at nearby Open Book. Although we did not entertain in back-yard on this visit, the backyard is super cool and would make a stellar place for a cook-out and gathering! Driveway parking was super easy and much-appreciated. The neighborhood is lovely for dog-walking and exploring. Home was equipped with all the amenities we needed. We really appreciated hosts' great local eatery suggestions and dined at two of them with gusto.

Such an amazing backyard- we loved an evening fire several nights and had a nice cookout graduation party. We had stayed here before in the fall, but even better in the spring! Walkable to grocery and to Nicolette Park, and a nice community farmer’s market on Saturday.

We traveled with our dog and the fully enclosed backyard was perfect. She seemed right at home. The house was great and we really enjoyed the location.

The host was very accommodating before and during our stay. The place was clean, friendly and quiet. My dogs enjoyed the yard and walking around the neighborhood. I loved the back patio and side area. Definitely would stay there again!

Awesome place and awesome neighborhood. Great hosts that had everything you'd need and expect. Within walking distance or a short ride to most places you would want to go.

The property was perfect, and the owners were very welcoming to us and our dogs. The outside area is an amazing place to host gatherings. The host was friendly and responded quickly. We will be staying there again in May.

This is a special place. Gary and Anne, thanks for hosting us. The gardens are amazing. We really enjoyed the outdoor living area. Our dog was safe in the enclosed yard.

Fantastic place

This place was fantastic. We were in town for the Lions Vikings game with friends. Enjoy the amenities the place was beautiful will definitely consider coming back.

Second time staying here to take in a Gopher football game over the weekend. House is comfortable with a great location to walk to many stores and restaurants. We always take advantage of the great backyard patio for a BBQ. (get the brats from Kramarczuk's).

Wonderful for hosting!

My family had a wonderful time staying here! It was very kid friendly and I wasn't worried about letting my toddlers explore the house. The outdoor area is beautiful and was perfect for hosting our extended families. The owners were very helpful and made sure we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend.
