Kristopher was an excellent host, very responsive and worked with us for some extra needs we had. The property is very well stocked and so convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and just walking around!

We had a very nice stay at the property and the owner was very helpful on the instance I communicated with him. The audio/video system looked a little complicated, but the instructions were perfect, so I have to give credit to the person who wrote the instructions up for that and everything else.

Great place for a stay in Minneapolis!

We were very happy with our accommodations at The Cottage. It was a well maintained, older home. It was nicely furnished and equipped. The communication with Kris was excellent. The 3rd bedroom and full bathroom are in the basement, which was fine with us, but I don't believe that is in the listing of the home.

We appreciate the feedback. And we love the basement bedroom. It's the newest, quietest, and darkest room in the house. Which results in a wonderful night's sleep.

Perfect for a getaway

Home has a equipped kitchen, very comfortable mattresses and is squeaky clean. Highly responsive property manager and owner. We didn’t use any of the lower level entertainment options but it looks like everything you’d want is available. WiFi and A/C make this a great place to base and so much nicer than a hotel.

If we ever go back to MN, we know where to stay!

This place is sooooo cute!! Every nook and cranny was clean and there was a lot of fun decor. My family consists of myself, my husband and 2 kids ages 10 and 8. With the finished basement, we had so much space. It was perfect for us.Also, during the weeks leading up to our arrival, I had to adjust dates and the owner was happy to oblige. And a few other questions I had popped up and there was always great communication. If we go back to MN this will probably be our permanent home away from home.

Football weekend

We checked in on a Friday night and the check-in process was extremely easy. The next morning we got up and went to a gopher football game and the day after that we went to a Vikings football game. It was me and my husband and his brothers and his brother’s girlfriend, there was enough room for all of us! It was extremely clean. Only thing to note that some people might mind is that the pillows and the bed are pretty hard. The kitchen has everything that you need. We could not control the thermostat. It was pretty chilly, there was only two extra blankets in the house that we could find, so if you stay, I would suggest bringing extra blankets. Overall, it was a great day, and I would stay there again.

Hey Jaimie. Thanks for the review. And We're glad you got to take in some of the amazing sports of the Twin Cities. Sorry you had issues with the temperature. We generally have the AC/heat set to 70 throughout the year, hoping that works for most. Glad the blankets helped!
