Can accommodate 8 with air mattresses available. 3rd floor corner unit with wraparound Gulf front balcony, large open concept (20 foot wide) living, dining area. Also, additional balcony off Master suite with gulf and Intercoastal views (great for sunrise viewing).

View of the water from kitchen, new appliances, wine fridge, large dining table with extra seating at the breakfast bar. Smart tv’s in all bedrooms and living room, keyless entry. Swimming pool and poolside restrooms.
Direct access from parking garage to the beach. 2 parking spots available, 1 covered, 1 guest. Secured entry to the elevator lobby, and staircases. 3 units per floor. Wagon available to help transport luggage and groceries, as well as getting chairs and a cooler to the beach. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your time away.

Family Getaway

We couldn't have ask for a better place to stay for our family vacation. The condo was well stocked and had everything you could possibly need for the beach. The sunset views from the large balcony were breathtaking.

Sandy could not have been more welcoming and gracious! The condo is spacious, spotlessly clean, and the views were spectacular. We wanted for nothing — the condo was well equipped, the furniture was comfy and everything we needed for the beach was provided. Thanks a million Sandy and Lesley! We can’t wait to come back.

This was the nicest, cleanest, most spacious condo we have ever stayed in! It had everything you could possibly ask for. The host was amazing to work with, so kind and helpful, just an absolutely wonderful time and we will definitely be back!

It was AMAZING! It was clean, with beautiful and comfortable furnishings, the kitchen was fully stocked, the balcony was definitely a highlight. We were left a binder of info about the area and the condo that was very helpful. It exceeded our expectations in every way! Loved it!!

Wonderful week in paradise!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The condo was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and clean. We had everything we needed to make our stay more than comfortable. We loved being right on the beach too, and waking up to those views every morning! Sandy was so hospitable, friendly, and amazing to rent from! 10/10 recommend and definitely plan on returning!

Could Give 10 Stars

Loved everything about our stay. Small condo so not a lot of traffic on the elevator, no problems with parking, pool and beach are right there, balcony was the best we've ever had, condo was stocked with everything you need from towels, board games, wine cooler, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room. Just overall a great place to stay! Would highly recommend and hope to return one day. Sandy was GREAT to work with!

Great condo and host!

My family and I enjoyed 7 days at Indian Shores. The condo was just as advertised and very thoughtfully furnished with everything one could possibly need at the beach. The host was incredibly gracious and communicative over text and I felt more than prepared for a seamless arrival/checkout. The condo views of the beach are excellent. Indian Shores is a great spot for a relaxing vacation and I’d recommend it for others looking to unplug and be just outside of the hustle and bustle of the other beach towns in the area.

We had the most amazing time in this beautiful beach front condo. Sandy & Lesley were amazing hosts and made sure everything was in place for our arrival and checked in with us through out our 2 week stay. We have stayed in this building the last 3 summers, however this was our first time in this particular unit and we were much happier with this unit over the previous unit we stayed in. We made wonderful memories while we were there and enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the spacious balcony. We have zero complaints and hope that we can return next summer to this lovely condo. Thank you, Sandy and Lesley for allowing us to have the most magical vacation in your beautiful condo.

Amazing View! Amazing place!

First of all, Sandy is extremely responsive and is the definition of customer service. You feel like you're being welcomed by family. Second, the condo does not feel like a rental but more like a home. It is very well furnished and made it easy to prepare meals in. It's also VERY spacious. Lastly, the view is incredible and the beach is not crowded at all. If swimming in the gulf isn't your thing, the pool is great and was never crowded due to the smaller size of the condo building. Thank you Sandy and Leslie for a memorable vacation!

Wonderful Condo

The condo was great! It was in a great location, with convenient access to lots of activities. It is a smaller condo so the beach was never too busy. Sometimes we were the only family out at the beach/pool, so we had it all to ourselves! The condo was spacious and clean. Sandy was great to work with! We had a late flight so she was so generous and made sure we had some breakfast groceries already stocked. She also provided us with a charcoal grill when I asked if one was available. I loved how the condo provided all of the beach toys/chairs/towels that you would want too. I was also able to keep up with our laundry which helps when returning home. This was the best condo that we have stayed in!

Best Vacation Rental Ever

Sandy is wonderful... She goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is as expected. There was a tornado warning during our stay and she was immediately in touch and offered to come over if we had any issues (which we did not). Condo is very clean and has everything you need from kitchen to beach essentials. So many little "extras" that are appreciated i.e. games, fresh fruit, throw blankets, and toiletries. Views from the deck are amazing. I was able to watch both the sunrise and sunset from the condo. I can't say enough good things about this rental and it's owner. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Ocean view rooms and balcony. Very clean and fully furnished condo. Outstanding customer service.

We enjoyed our stay and feels like home. Very clean rooms. The condo is fully furnished including all kitchenwares, fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. They provided beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, surfing boards for free. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Very nice view. Outstanding customer service. They returns our phone calls and texts within a minute. Thank you Sandy and Leslie for making our vacation memorable and more enjoyable. We definitely will come back.

Fabulous vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. The 3 bedrooms was perfect for my husband and myself, my daughter and son in law and 2 grandchildren. The master bedroom is huge and has its own balcony. The balcony off the living room is huge and wraps around the side. The building only has 12 units. We were usually in the pool alone. We have been staying in VRBO condos for ten years and this one was better equipped and furnished than any we have stayed in. Sandy was so helpful and repeatedly asked if we needed anything. Really above and beyond service. We will definitely be back.

Awesome experience

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was so beautiful, clean, and extremely spacious, with amazing views and a huge wrap around balcony. It was stocked very well with anything you need for cooking meals, Tupperware for leftovers, a keurig and coffee pot, etc. Huge closets and storage space. The pool was great for our little girls. It is pretty small, but they didn’t mind. And the beach is very quiet. You will not have to fight crowds or get down there early to find a spot which we really liked. The gulf was warm this time of year but super sandy and very clear very far out. Sandy was a gem to work with and made sure our stay was top notch. We have done a decent amount of VRBOs like this. This was by far our best experience. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t love it more if I tried!

This place is Ahhhhmazing!! I totally overpacked when I saw all of the fabulous stuff that was already so thoughtfully included to make our stay even better! The views are amazing! We saw a HUGE manatee and a few dolphins. The beach was never crowded nor was the pool. The location was conveniently close to everything we needed but still not right in the middle of everything all at the same time. I left my favorite sweater by accident and the owner is going to mail it to me! They answered any and every question we had supper quickly, and even went out of their way to provide a pack and play for our grandson to sleep in while there! I would 1000% recommend renting from these amazing people! I hope we have the opportunity to again in the future s well!

Feels like home

This was our first time staying in Indian Shores and we loved it. The condo is amazing. It has everything you could possibly need which really helps if you are flying. The condo is very large and spacious with very nice, comfortable furnishings. It is possibly the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. The beach is just a few steps from the pool. The pool is small but there are only about 12 units in this condo so not very many people around. There were always empty lawn chairs available and at times my husband and I were the only ones there. The beach in front of and around this condo is not crowded. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and saw dolphins from the balcony one evening. There are a lot of good restaurants near by. I would highly recommend Indian Shores and this condo. The owners are amazing. They love their condo and it shows.

Best vacation ever!!!

This condo was amazing! My husband and I have been coming to Florida on vacation every year for over a decade, and this condo is by far the BEST we have ever stayed in. The furniture was comfortable. TVs are a good size. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for anything you would want to cook. The beds are comfortable. The decor is perfect. And now the really important parts...The condo owners make you feel so welcome and are readily available for any questions. The view is AMAZING!!! The beach is easily accessible. The pool was wonderful. Since it's a small complex (only 12 units I think), we never had to wait long for the elevator. Covered parking was nice. The owners provided beach chairs, towels, coolers, and the best part was the beach buggy. It made carrying groceries, luggage, beach supplies so easy. I can't say enough wonderful things about the owners and this condo. We will definitely be back!

Exactly what we wanted and needed!

Wonderful view of the ocean, we loved sitting out on the balcony listening to the waves and the birds. The beach was never crowded, nor was the pool. Ditto to what everyone has said about the beach towels, toys, and wagon! The condo is so spacious, much bigger than the other beach condos we've rented. The pictures in the listing are accurate, but they don't do it justice! It really is as big as it looks in the pictures. Very well furnished, and well stocked kitchen. The giant master bedroom was a lovely sanctuary once we were saturated with the ocean for the day. The blackout drapes worked great. The bed is firm in the master bedroom. As everyone else has said, Sandy is a very responsive host and makes sure you have all the info you need. The covered parking was a treat, never having to get into a scorching hot car! We did not want to be in a crowed tourist area, and Indian Shores was a very nice alternative. Quiet area, yet a nice variety of restaurants nearby.

We just spent the most wonderful week at this property. The owner was so kind from the first time I reached out about booking until check out day. We arrived at a very clean and stocked up unit. There were essentials stocked along with extras like a beach cabana, chairs and a wagon. The view and breeze from the balcony cannot be beat. This complex is small so the beach isn’t crowded and neither was the pool. We can’t wait to return to this unit in the future.

Absolutely stunning place to stay, spacious right on the beach! The balcony was so nice to sit on!

Had a wonderful stay here! We needed a place to relax and this was just the place! We enjoyed being on the water and sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee and evenings watching the sunset drinking cocktails! The owner was phenomenal to Work with, laid back and so kind. 10 out of 10 and look forward to coming back!!

Fabulous Location

Indian Shores is really an awesome location to stay. It is a beautiful quiet beach with amazing sunsets. Also, it is close to great restaurants and shops and offers everything that one would want for a relaxing vacation!

What more could be said. This place was absolutely wonderful! It had everything you'd ever need. Sandy was absolutely a dream to deal with. Very responsive and just all around great. If I could give it 10 stars I certainly would. We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful Property

The property was extremely clean and included all the amenities of home, plus beach items of course. Fantastic views from the wrap-around balcony and more than enough space for my family of four. The owner/property manager was very responsive and personable. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering staying in the area.

Beautiful condo with amazing view!

The condo was decorated with beautiful tropical furnishings. The living room furniture was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all high end appliances, plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. The beds were comfortable, and each bedroom was beautifully decorated. The wrap around porch had plenty of seating, and the view of the gulf and beach was amazing.
