Awesome vacation, covered parking right next to elevator, spectacular views, more than enough room for everyone, nice pool and hot tub, plenty of restaurants close by.

The host informed us ahead of time about elevator problems. We loved the location and the view. The apartment was just big enough for the 5 of us to be comfortable. We loved having a washer and dryer.

This was our second time staying in this unit, and we’ll return as many times as future availability will allow. The view and location absolutely cannot be beat, the host is friendly and communicative, and the overall accommodations are clean and comfortable. The condos decor, view and access to pool and beach makes this place a perfect stay

Also important to note that the owner was easily accessible to address any concerns we may have had and provided immediate solutions to accommodate my family and I. We highly recommend staying here.

Beach view from balcony was incredible. Pool was awesome but only 3 steps to the beach. Beach chairs and towels were a great addition.
The view can’t get any better than this!

Relaxing stay

We loved our stay. Everything we needed was available and I especially liked have pool and beach items. It was quiet and there was room for the family.

Beautiful location!

We loved our stay, the view was gorgeous and Evelyn had anything we could have possibly needed to enjoy the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for prepping our own food, and it was quiet and comfortable.

Evelyn’s condo is a little piece of the complete paradise puzzle that is Indian Rocks. I can’t wait to stay there again next year.

Excellent!!

This condo was one of the best maintained and cleanest we have stayed in. We were on a sibling vacation and really enjoyed the condo, pool and beach area. Perfect place! We will certainly be staying there again.
