Cute and cozy 1b/1b guests house. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, walking distance to night life, bars, restaurants, stores. 45 minutes from Tampa Int. Airport. 3 minutes from the amazing crystal clear Weekie wachee river, 10 minutes from Pine Island beach, 3/4 minutes to all kayak rental places & canoes. Grill on site, canoe and 2 kayaks on site, paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, towels, coffee provided. Full kitchen with utensils, pans, croak pot, rice maker, coffee maker and all you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Space to park your car/truck, trailer & boat. Only dogs under 20 pounds are allowed when you pay a deposit. No other pets are allowed, dogs only. Dogs are not allowed in the bedroom to avoid accidents on carpet. In case of damages, a claim will be filed.

Great spot

This place was great for a quick get away, Mr. Garcia was an awesome host. The guesthouse was perfect size for just 2 people and the area had some awesome bars/restaurants would definitely go again!

Weekend stay in great location

Cozy clean place. Great location and beautiful sunset views. Noise from upstairs over the bedroom two of the three nights. TVs didn’t work. Pool was unavailable, but listed as an amenity. No bikes as listed. We did get prompt help with the WiFi. Thanks

The stay was OK as long as you don't mind people running around upstairs and you cannot sleep

It's a cute little place in the basement of someone's home. You cannot really access the water for kayaking or canoeing Because it looks very dangerous And They did not mention that the pool was green. You can hear people running around upstairs late at night and early in the morning so we got hardly no sleep. In other words it is an OK stay but I was looking for a romantic stay and that definitely was not it.

The neighbors is great n everyone friendly. The apartment is perfect for 2 -3 people.everything you is inside . The bed is super comfortable. The sunsets are just as beautiful. Plenty of restaurants near by . I took my parent for a surprise party for my brother and of course we couldn’t stay with him . We don’t like hotels and this little spot is was perfect for us .

The property was great, and being able to go kayaking or canoing when you want was very fun. The property is very clean and has everything you should need to enjoy your stay. The owner was very professional and courteous! A++++ rating.

Not clean

I traveled here with my dog and my mom. I would not say that the property was very clean upon arrival, there was a weird fishy smell in the apartment. The toilet had remnants in it, as well as food left in the sink, some coffee spilled on floor and coffee leftover in the coffeemaker from the last guest. I was sad to have been charged such a hefty pet fee considering the condition of the property. For two nights I was charged $100 pet fee. I would understand if it was sparkling clean, but it was not. I also attempted to use the extra blankets in the unit and they reeked as if they had never been washed, luckily I brought my own quilt! I gave a decent rating due to the location and the fact that while the place wasn’t very clean, the host was responsive and the kayaks behind the unit were a pleasant touch.

Perfect for two❤️

Loved every moment of our stay ! It’s perfect for a little couples get away . There was a little construction going on in the house ,but we didn’t really care and they stayed quite for the most part . We got our peace and quiet getaway we were looking for thank you so much !!!

Clean, Nice neighborhood, Great Host

Raul and Georgiana were excellent host. They accommodated all our needs and went above and beyond what we are use to me and my wife had a blast on the kayaks. We loved this place I would recommend it to any couple looking for a getaway for a few days. If we ever make it back to their area we would like to stay again if it’s available.

Very nice

It has to be one of the coolest rentals. You have all the amenities of a very nice hotel just half the price and you have privacy. This rental is good for single people or couples wanting to get away. Truly beautiful place and more than worth the money.

If your looking at this house.. don't book it!!!

We had booked this house with VRBO and then asked to come 2 days early. The owner told us to pay cash for the two extra nights and never changed our booking with VRBO. When we arrived we were greeted by a male subject who lived on the property. We asked for the code to get into our rental and he said the lock was not working and that it was safe and we didn't need a code so the entire trip our rental was unlocked and never secured while we were gone. There were large bolts sticking up where you park and not marked or safe and was a huge safety risk!! There are kids on the property who multiple times a day knocked on our rental door and asked us to judge their dunking and swimming skills and to do it multiple times while them and their friends swam in the pool. There was NO dock, and you could not access the canal in the back yard at all and we were told "sorry" when we asked about it, after arriving. The bikes they refer to, are actually their kids bikes that they use and we were told to ask the kids for them when we wanted to use them, which we never did BUT we got the privilege of picking them up 2 and 3 times a day when they were thrown in the spot we were suppose to park in!!! There was NO extra toilet paper, garbage bags etc. You could not enjoy the outside of the house due to the kids and the neighborhood kids in the pool screaming and cussing and asking us to watch them dunk and race in the pool. The batteries in the remote were dead and there were no extra batteries around so we purchased our own. It was an awful stay, and the things we wanted most which was to be outdoors and kayak and ride bikes we couldn't do! If you enjoy young kids screaming and cussing and a unlocked rental where you are asked to come out and watch the owners kids.. then this is the rental for you!!

Nice enough place to lay your head, and relax at the end of the day. Pine Island Beach is 20 minutes away, not 5. We went during spring break, and couldn’t get into the beach, as it was filled to capacity during Covid 2021. We mainly hiked the preservation’s in the area, and shopped. Owners Pool is right outside your door, so be prepared to hear children splashing and having fun. It was all quite by dark time, so no issue for us. The only thing missing were hand towels for the bathroom, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Nice clean place, so let that not be a concern. We booked for 3 nights, but left after 2 to spend a day at the ocean further south.

Just what I needed

Owners were very accommodating available and friendly- little plumbing problem taken care of quickly. Somewhat out of the way neighborhood location-perfect- with all conveniences (fishing,food and refreshments) nearby. Enjoyed my stay and will stay there again.
