Thank you for your review, Kim. We were able to get a vendor to repair the pocket door, though unfortunately they were not able to do so until after your departure. We're sorry this issue significantly impacted your stay. Your feedback about the cleanliness will be passed to our housekeeping leadership so we can improve the service we offer our guests. We hope to welcome you back in the future for a much better experience!

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life! We appreciate the 5-star review and are glad the condo matched the listing — beautiful view and comfortable living and dining areas. We're very sorry the floors weren't clean on arrival and that your request about the pocket door and mold in the ice machine went unanswered during your stay. That's not the standard we expect. We've shared your feedback with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so the floors, pocket door, and ice machine will be inspected and our response procedures reviewed. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
