Come see why this 4th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family!

Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, for sleeping up to 10.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Beautiful Property

So many positives to this property: nice size, soft comfortable beds, clean, convenient location, beautiful view, beach by it is amazing, lazy river is so fun, nice heated indoor pool. I loved that the unit also had an ice maker and was on the 4th floor. Property owner is very responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to stay again!

2023 Family Spring Break Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property impressed all members of our family! The King size bed in the Master was so comfortable. If there was any suggestion I could make, and it's a small would be to provide a bathmat for outside the showers. The floors would get pretty slippery. We ended up putting down one of the bath towels provided, but a thick bathmat would have been nice, so we didn't have to keep rewashing the towels. The property was clean and well maintained and very spacious. There were some beach toys in the closet where the washer and dryer are, which was a pleasant surprise to my 10-year-old. Being on the fourth floor was nice as we could talk with members of our family at the pool, but still had a great view of the ocean/beach. The elevators were never a long wait and the balcony in the condo was an amazing place to hang out. The lazy river was a little chilly, but that didn't stop us from enjoying it. If I'm being honest, the cost of food/drinks and the tax in Orange Beach was a bit of shock, but it didn't stop our family from going out to eat every night. We just ended up spending more than we originally budgeted for. Two of our favorite places were Live Bait and Hogwild Beach & BBQ. We also thought that you could walk around pretty easily to the shops, but the main road was pretty busy, so we always drove places. Overall, we all agreed we would definitely come back to this property again. We all got teary eyed the day we had to check-out. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Family fun

We stayed for my husband’s birthday with 7 adults and 3 kids. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and there was plenty of room for all. The kids loved the slide and lazy river. The beach is very close and accessible. We went at the end of August which made the stay especially pleasant since the building was mostly empty.

1st beach trip for grandkids

It was a beautiful property. It was better than described. We are dying to know the brands of the mattress and pillows in the primary bedroom. They were wonderful!

Gorgeous Condo!

I was impressed with the pantry area. The place was immaculate and when we thought we needed a plunger (we didn't look hard enough), Clark was very quick to respond! The pool was wonderful and the parking was amazing because we parked on the same floor as the condo. No waiting on elevators!! We are definitely coming back here.

We struggled with the king mattress as it is a thick memory foam and quite soft so it seemed to suck us into the bed (hard to get out when you have two new hips) :) But, the entire condo itself was perfect. We also felt very protected even though some neighbor borrowed our chair we left outside the door without asking. But, it showed up the day we were leaving so that was fine. The caretakers of this fine establishment were phenomenal! Everyone who was part of the upkeep and overall maintenance were so respectful and seemed genuinely concerned about your stay, we were very impressed.

Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed my stay at this unit. 4th floor has direct access to the garage so I was able to park my car on same floor and just walk to the car anytime I needed. Also was easy to access the indoor pool located on ground floor and then walk to the nice clean white sand beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and salt and pepper. Loved the condo decor. There's plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Front desk very friendly. I give it 5 stars and will highly recommend to friends.
