The private backyard of this home features a large heated pool* that is approximately five and 1/2 feet deep surrounded by artificial turf and palm trees, all new pool decking (kool deck), desert cacti, a variety of pool noodles and toys, umbrellas, a bbq gas grill, a large seating area with a couch and two comfortable chairs, a covered patio with a table and chairs for four, a cushioned glider, a pair of movable chairs with new cushions, and a new wall-mounted outside tv. Watch your favorite show, relax by the pool in comfortable recliners, grab a cup of coffee and snuggle on the outside couch, rock in the glider, or play a fun game of cornhole. The pool sparkles, cleaned by a professional pool company and maintained weekly. There are also rubber floats and plenty of quality pool towels for your use. Weather permitting, the temperature of the pool water can be raised for comfortable winter swimming. (Please note that there is NO additional fencing around the pool area, so children must be supervised at all times.)

From the outside patio, you will enter a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dining space for six. The kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, new granite countertops, a double stainless steel sink, a new ceiling fan, and a new faucet. The large refrigerator includes an ice maker and an inside water dispenser. You will find a new blender, a waffle maker, a Mr. Coffee coffeemaker, a Keurig machine, Kitchen Aid bbq grilling utensils, Kitchen Aid quality cookware, plenty of baking dishes, a griddle, two crock pots, and all of the other kitchen essentials in large quantities. The washer and dryer, along with a pantry, are adjacent to the kitchen.

There should be enough coffee, filters, Kcups, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, trash bags, dishwashing tabs, and dishwashing liquid to begin your stay.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a new 58” Vizio tv, a new ceiling fan, and fast Cox internet for streaming your favorite shows. HULU + Live and Roku with hundreds of channels are included on all four televisions. Having live tv is an extra treat! WiFi can be connected throughout the house and yard.

The large main bedroom has a new Beautyrest king mattress, a flat screen television, a large dresser, bookshelves, a ceiling fan, carpet, a sitting area, a luggage bench, blackout curtains, three lamps, and two nightstands. There is a variety of books available, along with a large walk-in closet. The newly renovated en-suite bath has new lighting, a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead and new sliding glass doors, a new vanity and faucets, a new toilet, new lighting, and a new mirror. There is a variety of body washes, soap, makeup remover wipes/cloths, and shampoo for use during your stay, along with plenty of nice quality towels. Each bathroom also has a blow dryer. The guest bath has similar amenities and a tub/shower combo. The guest bath also has a new toilet and modern lighting.

The middle guest bedroom has a new king bed, renovated recently with a new nectar memory foam mattress. There are extra pillows, a chest of drawers, two nightstands, blackout curtains, a ceiling fan, a bedside lamp, and a closet full of games for your enjoyment.

The third bedroom has a queen bed, a large, flat screen television, a ceiling fan, blackout curtains, a large dresser with a mirror, extra pillows and blankets, two nightstands, and a bedside lamp. There is a luggage rack in the closet if needed. Across from this bedroom is the hall bath. There is a pack ‘n play available for guests with infants.

Mohawk waterproof wood flooring has recently been installed in the living room, middle bedroom, and hall. New, upgraded Hunter fans have been installed throughout the home.

The house is located in a private cul-de-sac within the quiet neighborhood of Surprise Farms. The exact address of the property will be emailed a week before check-in, along with a document of useful information about your stay. Outside visitors are not allowed without the owners’ permission, and the total number of vacation renters cannot exceed six. NO parties or pool parties are allowed. The backyard is surrounded by a cement block wall for privacy and security, and the house is on a corner lot with no two-story houses around. There is outdoor lighting on the patio and solar landscape lighting around the pool. The yard is maintained by a landscaper, and there is outdoor parking for two vehicles in the driveway. The neighborhood has playgrounds, lots of green spaces, and sidewalks for more outside enjoyment.

Each time the home is rented, the occupants are provided with an entry code for contactless check-in that is only for their use. This code, along with a document of useful information, will be emailed to travelers a week before check-in.

The property has many safety measures in place for guests. A first aid kit, a fire extinguisher, three motion detector lights on the front porch and garage door wall, and a Ring doorbell provide guests with additional security and convenience during their stay. There is an alarm on the sliding back door that can be activated for pool safety if guests have children. The personalized lock code and the three smoke detectors provide increased safety for guests. The motion-activated lights on the front porch and the sides of the garage allow for easier, safer night entry. This home is professionally cleaned after each checkout, and the cleaning company follows CDC guidelines for cleanliness. High touch surfaces like countertops, handles, and faucets are disinfected thoroughly.

The home is located just minutes from shopping, Surprise (Baseball) Stadium, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor water park, Top Golf, Lake Pleasant, nice restaurants, and parks. Prasada Village, a new shopping area, is less than two miles away, and has many new venues for dining, shopping, and family activities. New restaurants include Cooper’s Hawk, Barrio Queen, Panera Bread, O.H.S.O. Brewery, Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers, along with fast foods such as Chick-fil-A, WhataBurger, and Jimmy John’s. Many of these restaurants deliver independently or participate using Doordash, GrubHub, or Uber Eats. The Arizona Cardinals’ facility, State Farm Stadium in Glendale, is an easy drive from this home, as the NFL season always brings lots of visitors to the West Valley. The Mattel Adventure Park, opening later this year in Glendale, promises to provide rides and attractions built to delight people of all ages. For the baseball enthusiasts, check out the spring training schedule for the Texas Rangers and the Kansas City Royals, training right here in Surprise. The San Diego Padres and the Seattle Mariners hold their spring training in Peoria, just ten miles away from Surprise. In nearby Glendale, just 13 miles away, you can catch a Chicago White Sox or a Los Angeles Dodgers spring training game. You can drive to Goodyear, about 18 miles away, to see the Cincinnati Reds and the Cleveland Guardians. The Cactus League has additional spring training facilities all over the valley. White Tank Park, a short drive off the 303, offers beautiful mountain views and easy trails for hiking enthusiasts.
