Wood plank tile, white shaker cabinets, open great room floor plan, master retreat with HUGE walk in closet, oversized tandem garage, new pool for relaxation, and MUCH MORE! Great location in new neighborhood, close to the community park/playground. Close to the 101, attractions/events such as State Farm Stadium, Park West, Westgate, shopping and restaurants. This house is only 2 years old!

Rented the house for almost a week for son’s baseball tournament in July. AC was amazing for a spacious house. Very clean and well upkeep. Neighborhood was great also.

The house was great for our visit. Neighborhood was nice.Con’s:Lacked glasses for drinking/cocktail/beerCleaning crew did not change master and bedroom 1 sheets or vacuum master 2 dirty towels left on master bath hooksEvery hand soap had 1/8” left or emptyNo facecloths No clean spongesNo laundry detergent (we were going to wash sheets np)Simple, inexpensive fixes.Pros:House was clean (Cept for above)Price goodHouse is perfect layout, plenty room/bathsLocation good. Pool was great to have. I would recommend it but it should be inspected by owner or trusted person.Owner did offer to drop hand soap off.Also, it is nice to have a welcome book ( I know it is old school) but helps to know any good local haunts and rules, so other guest can browse it. I would recommend. I am an owner of vrbo as well.

Large 3 bedroom house, very comfortable beds, nice pool, close to a Walmart if you need to grocery shop ! We had a wedding in Peoria and the location of the house was only 10 minutes! Host very easy to communicate with

The house is very large. Nice for a family to spread out, comfortably. I would have liked the backyard area to be more appealing. There is only a small light, which makes the pool unusable after dark. I would have also liked to see a table to eat outside or sit at while kids are in the pool. There was a couple of outdoor chairs. But not enough for everyone staying at the house to sit outside together. Host is attentive. Responded to all questions quickly. All in all, this is a nice property. I would stay again.

The host was very responsive to any questions. The pool is well kept amd a perfect addition to the home. The bedrooms and bathrooms fit our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenager) very well. I would stay here again.

Very Clean!

This was one of the best VRBOs we have stayed at. It was so clean and the pool was also very clean. We were there 5 days and had everything we needed. Tons of room for everyone and multiple hang out spots so you don’t feel crowded. The neighborhood was super quiet and easy to get to. Next time we’re in the town this is where we are staying! Thank you Galen!!
