This property is great for our BIG family. So wonderful to all be together. Tracy is very responsive and addresses any concerns right away. We have stayed here for 3 summers and plan to keep returning.

Charming inn, fabulous location!

We loved our stay at the Yardarm Inn! Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Marginal Way. Wonderful communal areas, especially the spacious front porch. This was the perfect location for a multi-generational family gathering!

Great front porch for hanging out. Walking distance to Perkins Cove, restaurants, boat trips and Marginal Way. Plenty of rooms for privacy; Some bathrooms a bit small, but certainly adequate.

Family reunion at Yardarm Village Inn

This was a very convenient facility for our group. We had various members for varying days of stay and the property was very good in this regard. The location is very handy to the shops, restaurants, beaches, and transportation which were important to our group.

We lived Yardam Inn

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for the size of our extended family. We really liked that there were many different places for us all to hang out together including the front porch, the living room area and the side yard. The owners were very nice.

The Yardarm was a terrific place for our family -- easy to check in, able to walk to the cove and downtown, pleasant rooms, space for those who had to work a bit and those who wanted to do games and puzzles from time to time. We all loved the front porch! The kitchen was well-supplied for all our meals. Altogether a perfect place for our family group.

Fantastic family gathering

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful property; everyone was thrilled to have their own bedroom and bathroom and be close to fun filled activities for all ages. We ate fresh lobster every night on the beautiful porch where we made lots of memories. Highly recommended. Thank you Tracy

We had hoped the "Map" section of the listing made the location of the property clear (where the listed distance to Ogunquit Beach is 1 mile), but we sincerely apologize for any confusion and appreciate your feedback. Terrific family trip

The Yardarm Village Inn was perfect for our annual extended family trip. We were a group of 11 with ages from 12 to 84. Everyone had plenty of space. There are multiple communal gathering spaces in the Inn, though we mostly congregated on the fantastic front porch. Perkins Cove was an easy walk. Tracy was terrific, very helpful and responsive. We would absolutely book the Inn again!

Yardarm

The property was great! The host met us on our arrival and went through all the details. She also arranged to be at the house prior to our arrival to receive the groceries we had ordered from the Village grocery store. The location was great……we were able to walk to Perkins Cove, the village of Ogunquit and the Ogunquit beach. Access to the trolley’s was easy and close by. A perfect spot for all nine of us!

An anniversary vacation to remember

It seems our family vacation grows every year. it was becoming more difficult to find a place big enough to accommodate all of us. Then we added other family members. The Yardarm Inn was perfect with 10 bedrooms WITH BATHROOMS!!!! The Inn was clean with plenty of space for everyone to get together with games and puzzles for the kids. There were 2 fridges and plenty of kitchen items. This was our 50th anniversary. We set up the long tables from the shed on the giant porch and had a lobster dinner with all the trimmings plus a cake delivered. Then we retired to the living room for a family slide show on the big TV. The grandkids used the available toys at the beach. The location was good for walking to restaurants and shops at Perkins Cove. All in all a wonderful place for a vacation/celebration..

Our stay was truly a 100/10! We came to celebrate my in-laws’ 50th wedding anniversary with our family, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect place to make memories.The home was within walking distance of so many great places, and it had everything we needed to keep everyone entertained—even on the rainy days. Tracy was an amazing host. We arrived a little early, and she graciously showed us around the house while sharing some of its history, which made our stay feel even more special.Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait for the opportunity to book with Tracy again. Thank you for helping make such a special family celebration one we’ll always remember!

Quintessential New England

Though the weather left a lot to be desired, The Yardham Village Inn is perfectly located to Perkins Cove (shopping and restaurants) and a warm, spacious and cozie place to just hang out with friends and family
