The Sea Star welcomes you to Ogunquit and looks forward to hosting your vacation dreams and memories. This beautifully maintained year round home is located at Perkins Cove and is just steps from Marginal Way. You’ll be able stroll to all of the sights, sounds, and excitement of Ogunquit Beach and Village. Enjoy fine restaurants, premium shopping, and art galleries just outside your front door.

The 2,380 sq, ft, home boasts an airy and bright open concept floor plan with mahogany hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and skylights. It is an ideal space for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. Relax with your favorite beverage and a good book while savoring the ocean breeze on one of three decks the house offers, or kick back and grill.

The four bedrooms are all spacious and comfortably appointed. Ample parking, free wifi, cable TV, books, a chess and backgammon table, and board games are also available. For your convenience, the trolley stop is located just across the street.

We welcome you to our lovely home in this very special location and the perfect setting it offers to make lasting memories.

The proximity to restaurants, shops, Marginal Way & beaches is excellent — I loved being steps from Perkins Cove shops & being able to easily walk to everything else in Ogunquit.

We stayed here last weekend with a group of six and it was perfect for us. The location could not have been better with easy walking access to Perkins Cove, Marginal Way and town. The house was comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed for a celebration weekend.Scott was incredibly responsive to every question and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Everyone in our group loved the weekend and we would happily stay here again.

Wonderful Getaway!

This was our second year staying at this property in beautiful Ogunquit, Maine. It was such a wonderful getaway for our family of eight. The location is ideal, the home layout is well-designed and Scott is so accommodating. Wonderful stay!

This was our second time staying in this house, and again it was perfect for our group of 8. Within walking distance to Perkins Cove and Ogunquit downtown. House had everything we needed. Scott was great and answered all questions quickly.

Beautiful house and great location

The house is beautiful and spacious and the location is perfect for walking the Marginal Way, visiting Perkins Cove and heading into town. The owner is very responsive and helpful. He was a pleasure to work with. Great property and location!!

This house was even nicer than depicted! 3 floors of generous space, 2 outdoor decks, and a location to beat all others! Scott is a super host and great communicator. This property can’t be beat!

Perfect spot and close to fun

We had a girls weekend get-away for a 50th birthday. We were in walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as great walking just for fitness. The house was perfect for entertaining and socializing. We all had a wonderful time!

Weekend Getaway

Perfect location for a long weekend with family! House was great—allowed us to enjoy each other’s company with some Uno games, drinks, and lots of laughs-without being cramped, when Mother Nature wasn’t cooperating!

We keep coming back!

This was our third year staying in this beautiful home; we keep coming back because it is clean, has plenty of space for our group to sit down together for meals, and the hosts always make us feel welcome. There is plenty of parking and you cant beat the location!

Location, location, location

We stayed at this lovely property and enjoyed it. The space was wonderful for multi-generational family to stay in. Location cannot be beat - walking to everything and used the wagon provided to get to the beaches. Quiet and felt secluded despite being in the heart of it all. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Girls trip

We had a wonderful time in Ogunquit. Scott was a wonderful host and quick to respond when needed. The house is lovely and in a great location! We would recommend this property to everyone and are hoping we can return in the future!

Perfect gateway

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It was ideal for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. Great location, with a short-walk distance to Perkins cove, Marginal Way and Ogunquit center. Would definitely recommend!

Location! Location! Location!!

Lovely home for our “girls getaway”. And the location cannot be beat! Steps away from Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. Nice walk into town. We had a great time!

My friends and I came up for a girls' weekend and really enjoyed our stay! The house was really clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable and fun stay. We loved how close everything was; no more than 20 minutes to all the fun things downtown Ogunquit has to offer. Scott was really easy to get a hold of and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

Family weekend away

It was in a great location, within walking distance of Perkins Cove and Margin Way. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for my family. The host was informative and available to answer any questions. We hope to rent this property again.

It was a girl getaway and everything was perfect. Scott's home is even more beautiful that described in the pictures. The house was immaculate and was really perfect!!
