OUTDOOR LIVING: Your private oasis awaits: a large backyard with a pool, hot tub, gas fire feature, new patio dining furniture, stunning mountain views, and beautiful palm trees.

POOL/HOT TUB: Relax in the brand-new pool and hot tub. No diving, please. Use at your own risk. Pool heating is available for an additional $75/daily charge.

EXTRA AMENITIES: Enjoy two retro-inspired city bikes and a selection of outdoor games.

INDOOR LIVING: Featuring brand-new, mid-century modern-inspired furniture, a 55” flat-screen smart TV with cable, WiFi, and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker.

PRIMARY BEDROOM: Queen-size bed, closet, desk, side chair, luggage rack, a large en suite bath, and direct patio access.

COTTAGE: Perfect for two, this separate space features a queen-size daybed (comfortably sleeping 2), a closet, a desk, a side chair, and AC. Guests will cross the outside patio to access a bathroom in the main house.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, an automatic drip coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and all essential cooking utensils, adjacent to a 4-person dining table.

GENERAL: Amenities include a laundry room with a washer & dryer, central air conditioning, free WiFi, and provided linens, towels, and toiletries.

PARKING: Two dedicated parking spaces in the driveway, plus ample free street parking.

We loved our stay here with our 2 dogs! Beautifully kept and furnished home, fully enclosed fence, and conveniently located in the Palm Springs area. Communication was consistent and helpful, and we loved that there was a park nearby we could walk to. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at our Palm Springs getaway. We really enjoyed the pool once we got the heater going. The place was clean and I loved the mid-century modern vibe. Would definitely go again. Good location, helpful host, especially having a private heated pool and spa was wonderful.

This house was the perfect retreat for relaxing in Palm Springs and a day trip to Joshua Tree. Highlight was the pool! It was a nice size for our 6 year old, just long enough to swim across. There are tubes and floaties available to use. Host is very accessible for any questions. We had a nice stay. Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful. We were on our honeymoon and this place provided the perfect place to land post-wedding and get some much needed relaxation and rest. Our host was throughout, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. It made check-in and check-out a breeze!Would highly recommend anyone consider staying the next time they visit Palm Springs!

This house was lovely and everything we wanted in a honeymoon spot. Plenty of privacy and comfortable surroundings. I think my favorite thing was hummingbirds coming by while we were in the hot tub. Such a great home!

Property was wonderful, comfortable and fully equipped. Location is within walking distance of a lovely park and golf course. Neighborhood was quiet and very nice.

Cozy beautiful home. Very clean. Well stocked, great location. Pool was crystal clear. It was a perfect get away for my mom & I. Konrad was very responsive and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful pool house! It was clean, quiet, and perfect for our family getaway. My son had a wonderful birthday celebration here, and we all had a great time. The host was super nice and communicated with us promptly and kindly. Highly recommended — we will definitely be back for another family trip. Thank you!

Short stay with friends

What a wonderful spot to stay! Very clean, and easy to use. Beds were great, wanted to use the pool but it was too cold outside. Great spot to see all that Palm Springs has to offer

This was my second stay at this property and just like my first stay everything was wonderful! The property owner communicated with me everything I needed to know for my stay and checkout. The property is in a great location. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for my stay. The pool area was beautiful and wonderful to spend time in. I only used the hot tub during this stay. It was easy to operate and wonderful to relax in. Lastly, my dog loved the fenced yard and I loved having a safe contained area for him to run around in and play.

Great place, close to PSP!

Would absolutely stay here again. Owner was accommodating and quick to communicate. Property was clean and accessible. Has every amenity. Will be looking to stay here again next time I’m in Palm Springs!
